Ted and his team installed 3 Bosch air con units a few years ago that doubled up as heaters in the winter. They did a brilliant job then and today Ted came out to service my boiler and the air con units at the same time. Brilliant service as ever. These Bosch units are so cheap to run and after the service they're belting out so much heat it is amazing - wish I'd had them serviced 3 months ago. I'll know for next year. Strongly recommend these guys. Brilliant service.

(My review is delayed due to being ill over Christmas). I called the company in October 2024 as a OAP relative's boiler, Ideal Icos HE15 fitted 23years ago on the Warmfront Scheme and never serviced, had given up. There was someone out in 2 days to ask what was required, discuss various options and give a quote. I had been decorating after work & weekends and wasn't expecting this. Advice was given how to keep the old boiler running, it was a tank fed system, converted in just two days to a Bosch combination boiler with LCD thermostat & phone App. A new gas pipe had to be installed from the meter, earth bonding, 2 old radiators replaced, a new one fitted to eliminate a cold Hall by the front door, TRVs & drain valves fitted and they replaced the bathroom sink taps after I made a mess of doing it. Old hot and cold tanks were removed, pipework heavily modified, radiators flushed, they did everything so efficiently and took all rubbish away. You wouldn't know they had been! Very fair price for the work, I would recommend this company. Good service from the moment I sent the initial email, to a call and quote. I prefer dealing with local family run businesses as they care about their reputation.

I've used Home Heating Systems Ltd before and know them to be good local tradesmen. I phoned and agreed the best time to come out and assess my issue. I was kindly advised to lower my boiler flow temperature meaning I could still keep the heating on in the cold interim. Being the cold season I'd topped up my boiler water level as it was a little low. Upon using the boiler I noted much higher pressure readings despite not overfilling and bleeding the radiators. The issue was quickly diagnosed as being with the expansion vessel. It was repressurised and an explanation was provided as to why it was necessary. 30 mins and the job was done! The temperature is even set higher now for better warmth. Excellent service and reasonably priced 👍

From my first contact with Home Heating Systems I've always found the team to be helpful, friendly and professional. I've used them on a couple of occasions for a full service and checking something on my boiler. Everything was explained clearly to me and my questions answered. Home Heating Systems provide a great service and I will continue to use them.

Following initial contact with Homeheating Systems a date/time was quickly agreed for Ted to survey and advise about changing from a regular to a combi boiler system. A full and comprehensive quotation followed promptly and this was accepted. The date & time for installation were agreed and the very polite engineers arrived on time and completed the work within the time frame that was indicated. A small problem did come to light later but this was dealt with immediately by Ted and all made good in a very professional manner. I live in Wallasey and Home heating have looked after my central heating for many years, always there to answer my queries and swift to come out when needed. When I needed a new boiler I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, the team (including the office staff) are friendly and professional. The boiler now fitted with minimum disruption very happy with their services and would highly recommend them.

Home Heating Systems have serviced our boiler for some years, always prompt, helpful, friendly and efficient. We have had some work done repurposing spaces which involved replacing radiators and repositioning them. The help and advice they gave us made this work smoothly and with least stress. We had a hiccup with some old electrics (not connected with the work they were doing, but a left over from a very old boiler) and my SOS call to the shop was responded to immediately and the problem was resolved very quickly. From the ladies in the shop who organise everything, to Ted who advises, plans and quotes, to the skilled heating engineers who carry out the work, I can't speak highly enough of everyone. I honestly have never had even a minor gripe about this company. I really can't speak highly enough about Home Heating Systems.

Ted and his team installed a whole new heating system including a Worcester boiler a few years ago. Due to some renovations in the house, we recently had a small problem with the boiler. They came out right out to fix it within an hour of the call and sorted out the problem with no fuss. We have also used them for our annual boiler service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know.

Home Heating is a first class family operation, they installed our first boiler in two thousand and nine, and since then we have had excellent customer service from the young ladies in the office, to the engineers who came to our house. We recently upgraded our boiler, the installation was completed in just day in a seamless manner by a great team, neat clean efficient and very polite. Having a problem with our very old boiler, was inspected the same day as our call, and a new boiler and pipework fitted the same week. The fitters were tidy, clean, polite and quiet, did an excellent job and respected our property. Wore overshoes and masks every time they entered the house. Excellent quick response, boiler not working soon found the problem. We have used Home Heating Wirral for fitting a gas hub and pipework to a gas fire, also in our last property we had a new gas boiler fitted and also serviced annually. I would definitely recommend them.
