Home Heating Systems, Ted and his team have just replaced our old inefficient gravity fed heating system and boiler, with a combi boiler. They are the most professional and polite company,and gave excellent advice and service at very reasonable cost. The work was carried out within the time scale and with minimal disruption, we would have no hesitation in recommending this company, so very pleased to have found such a reliable company. Had 3 new radiators and an expansion vessel installed by Alex and Mike from Homeheating. I have used this company for many years and wouldn't use anyone else for central heating jobs. Home Heating is a first class family operation, they installed our first boiler in two thousand and nine, and since then we have had excellent customer service from the young ladies in the office, to the engineers who came to our house. We recently upgraded our boiler, the installation was completed in just day in a seamless manner by a great team, neat clean efficient and very polite. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome and look forward to our continued relationship with everyone at Home Heating.

(My review is delayed due to being ill over Christmas). I called the company in October 2024 as a OAP relative's boiler, Ideal Icos HE15 fitted 23years ago on the Warmfront Scheme and never serviced, had given up. There was someone out in 2 days to ask what was required, discuss various options and give a quote. I had been decorating after work & weekends and wasn't expecting this. Advice was given how to keep the old boiler running, it was a tank fed system, converted in just two days to a Bosch combination boiler with LCD thermostat & phone App. A new gas pipe had to be installed from the meter, earth bonding, 2 old radiators replaced, a new one fitted to eliminate a cold Hall by the front door, TRVs & drain valves fitted and they replaced the bathroom sink taps after I made a mess of doing it. Old hot and cold tanks were removed, pipework heavily modified, radiators flushed, they did everything so efficiently and took all rubbish away. You wouldn't know they had been! Very fair price for the work, I would recommend this company. Good service from the moment I sent the initial email, to a call and quote. I prefer dealing with local family run businesses as they care about their reputation.

We needed a new boiler and as we have used Home Heating Systems to service our old boiler we decided to have a new boiler installed by them. We received their quote and phoned up to make an appointment. The admin staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and made an appointment for the following week. Mike arrived as scheduled and put us at ease by explaining what he would need to do to install the new boiler. He worked tirelessly throughout the day keeping any disruption to a minimum. When he had finished the installation, he took time to explain the workings of the new boiler. How things were different from our old one. Even asking if we wanted anything highlighted on the control panel. All rubbish was taken away. I would highly recommend Home Heating Systems for any job, big or small.
