Arrived on time, sorted the problem with a sensible price. Can't ask for any more than that... highly recommended.

Ted undertook the initial survey (following my email request to the company for a quote on a 30kw Worcester boiler to be fitted),Ted after viewing existing set up went through Worcester brochures with my wife and explained what was required and advised he would email and send us a hard copy of quote through the post. This arrived within 2-3 days which gave me the time needed to consider the quote without feeling pressured or rushed. This was one of four quotes I had sought from a variety of heating firms, including BOXT. The quote we received gave a breakdown of work involved/timescale and cost. I spoke with office staff member Kate (Who sounded genuine and interested) after speaking with Ted on telephone and an available date/price to install was agreed upon. following this the work undertaken by Mike,Jake and Little Ted on 30/10/2019.Mike returning the following morning to fit bathroom radiator. No fuss, extremely proficient ,well mannered and courteous throughout. I would certainly recommend this firm and feel confident that all future work needed Re Plumbing/heating services would only be a phone call away. well done to you all for your honest and reliable service

Having a problem with our very old boiler, was inspected the same day as our call, and a new boiler and pipework fitted the same week. The fitters were tidy, clean, polite and quiet, did an excellent job and respected our property. Wore overshoes and masks every time they entered the house. Overall we were extremely impressed and would not hesitate to recommend this Company. First class service and a fair price. Many thanks.

I've used Home Heating Systems Ltd before and know them to be good local tradesmen. I phoned and agreed the best time to come out and assess my issue. I was kindly advised to lower my boiler flow temperature meaning I could still keep the heating on in the cold interim. Being the cold season I'd topped up my boiler water level as it was a little low. Upon using the boiler I noted much higher pressure readings despite not overfilling and bleeding the radiators. The issue was quickly diagnosed as being with the expansion vessel. It was repressurised and an explanation was provided as to why it was necessary. 30 mins and the job was done! The temperature is even set higher now for better warmth. Excellent service and reasonably priced 👍

I live in Wallasey and Home heating have looked after my central heating for many years, always there to answer my queries and swift to come out when needed. When I needed a new boiler I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, the team (including the office staff) are friendly and professional. The boiler now fitted with minimum disruption very happy with their services and would highly recommend them.
