We had been told by a previous gas fitter that a new part was required for our boiler. This took a week to order. Bearing in mind we were now without hot water and heating in Jan/Feb. The part did not arrive! I called Home Heating Systems, who sent out one of their engineers within the hour. I could not believe the state of the boiler when the cover was taken off. Very heavy deposits of black soot, suggesting issues with the burners. The engineer advised, rightly, that we needed a new boiler, this was fitted within a week. Professional, good value and above all honest - would recommend.

I rang up at 8.30am on 08/02/19 about a problem with the Wi-Fi thermostat, I was told that it was better if they did it and an operator came out that afternoon changed the batteries and reset the thermostat for me. I did not expect same day service and was very pleased.

Excellent quick response, boiler not working soon found the problem. We have used Home Heating Wirral for fitting a gas hub and pipework to a gas fire, also in our last property we had a new gas boiler fitted and also serviced annually. I would definitely recommend them.

Ted and his team installed a whole new heating system including a Worcester boiler a few years ago. Due to some renovations in the house, we recently had a small problem with the boiler. They came out right out to fix it within an hour of the call and sorted out the problem with no fuss. We have also used them for our annual boiler service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know.

Home Heating Systems have serviced our boiler for some years, always prompt, helpful, friendly and efficient. We have had some work done repurposing spaces which involved replacing radiators and repositioning them. The help and advice they gave us made this work smoothly and with least stress. We had a hiccup with some old electrics (not connected with the work they were doing, but a left over from a very old boiler) and my SOS call to the shop was responded to immediately and the problem was resolved very quickly. From the ladies in the shop who organise everything, to Ted who advises, plans and quotes, to the skilled heating engineers who carry out the work, I can't speak highly enough of everyone. I honestly have never had even a minor gripe about this company. I really can't speak highly enough about Home Heating Systems.

Our Boiler was installed by Home Heating in 2019 and had worked very well since without problems. Yearly services are easy to arrange and are done promptly and efficiently. Even so, six years later, 23/12/25, just before Christmas the boiler stopped working. I contacted Home Heating between 9 and 10 am giving details. Ted came out the same morning and fixed the electrical connection that was at fault under the Worcester guarantee. Great relief for me because family from Northern Ireland were coming to stay. All round top rate company, really good boiler neatly fitted. Has been running really well but when a fault occured they were very helpful with a fast no nonsense response.

We needed a new boiler fitting to our home. The team was friendly and professional and even though they were fully booked they went the extra mile to squeeze us in. Two engineers came out Jake and Mike, they did a fantastic job and were both very helpful when showing us how to use the timers and the boiler itself. They left the place clean and tidy and we are very happy with the service we received and will definitely recommend them. Thanks guys, we're finally all defrosted 😅

I used Home Heating, Wallasey to supply and fit six radiator valves in my home and to do the associated preparatory work. I received excellent customer care when I visited the office to request the job; throughout my contact with the office; when Ted visited my home to provide the estimate; and when Jake visited my home to undertale the task. In particular, Jake was courteous, friendly, efficient, entirely tidy and very knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable too. I will use Home Heating again in the future without a reservation. An excellent service, thank you.
