Nick, was quick to respond to my request, came when he said he would and fixed the issue promptly. He is courteous and tidy and I would recommend him.

Chris and Alex came out on the bank holiday because my shower had a severe pressure leak. They arrived within half an hour removed old shower unit and sealed the pipes. Fantastic work and very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Will use again to put in new shower.

Nick replaced a shower mixer tap that had started dripping and leaking in under 30 minutes. He was very straightforward in explaining what he was doing.

Contacted home2home to get a quote,spoke to Nick he said he would get a quote over ASAP which he did. Found them to be a good price and Nick was very professional. He planned a date everything went according to plan and he comunicated well, Nick and his team were tidy and respected our home. I phoned Nick up with a emergency leak on my Emerson tank , he was sent me quote over which was very reasonable and was with me in few days , on arrival he turned on time , laying sheets down up my stairs and in to the room , I had to go to work on the day , so I trusted him in my home for the duration of the work , I came home to very tidy job and a tidy house , nothing was a problem .. cheers Nick and team !

I had an emergency situation with a rental property that I'd sold through auction and the sale was supposed to complete within a few days. My tenant had no hot water or heat and the buyer was wanting me to resolve the problem or deduct money from the selling price. She thought there was a possibility that a new boiler was needed. Obviously, I had to find out what the situation was - quickly! This company phoned me back within half an hour after I requested a call back and Nick was able to assess the situation for me the following morning. He was very helpful, polite and professional and I felt that I was in good hands. He resolved the issue for me, and provided me with a video that I could send to my solicitor proving that everything was in good working order. I feel that this company is honest and trustworthy and definitely the one to go to if you have an urgent situation like I did. The charge was possibly a bit on the high side, considering that the issue was just broken fuses, but it was worth it to me to get it done the next day, which happened to be a Saturday, so obviously the charge would reflect that, and at the end of the day I wasn't there and he could have told me anything - such as I needed a new boiler - but he didn't, so I am happy to pay a professional to give me the benefit of his knowledge and skill and to sort out an urgent problem for me. Now I can have peace of mind about it. I would highly recommend them.

Nick come over to check why the downstairs heating was not working, once he had found the broken valve he was very quick at changing this and was very professional

Had new toilet, taps and sink installed in my bathroom by Nick and his apprentice. Could not fault them from start to finish. Great communication and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the end result. Had a few problems along the way with things fitting correctly but that's what you get when you take it upon yourself (me) to order off the Internet and expect it to fit, but Nick did it! He ordered the specialist parts needed and with alot of effort and time my bathroom now looks amazing! I cannot fault this company, even went out of there way to ensure my new carpet didn't get damaged whilst they were walking to and from the van. Very friendly and make you feel at ease whilst working in your home. Highly recommend

I had Nick from Home2Home Heating Ltd round to replace a leaking hot water cylinder with a new stainless steel cylinder. He was professional and the new pipework in the airing cupboard looks fantastic. He was extremely clean whilst carrying out the work and also when clearing up after the work had finished. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I contacted nick to ask for a quote to move my washing machine and add a dishwasher. He got back to me very quickly, came to have a look and sent me the quote a couple of days later. Within the week we had arranged a date to have the work completed. I had this work completed today and I am extremely happy, nick was very professional, very respectful of my home keeping areas clean tidying up after himself etc.. he worked very hard to get the job done and I would completely recommend him to any potential customers. I would also like to add the quote nick gave me I thought was very reasonable for the amount of work that was involved.

This is the second time we have used Nick since being recommended by a friend. For the second time his quote was quick and detailed. His communication was swift and easy which enabled us to quickly get a date for the work in the diary. He turned up exactly on time, provided quality fittings, worked hard, kept clean and tidy and kept me informed on what he was doing. Polite, efficient, professional service. Happy with that! We are planning some more work and will definitely be using Nick again.
