We are very pleased with our new doors. And The guys who came to fit them arrived on time, were very polite and did an excellent job. This is the second. Time we have used Home Glaze and would use them again. Would definitely recommend them.

I had what I thought was a good trader, however it turned in to a nightmare. I had a new roof fitted and the first time it rained the water poured in, and when they fixed this, it created another leak. That's when I got in contact with Homeglaze who have their own surveyors who assessed the situation. They came round on time and the workmanship was so good. Roy who came from Homeglaze was making sure everything was right, and checking details throughout his time at my house. They are coming back to do other jobs for me (gym roof, doors and windows) and I can't recommend them enough. In future, I will always use a Which? Trusted Trader for other services too, after this experience.

Being burgled, was disappointed not installed earlier, 13/2/19 initial visit/quotation and told would prioritise. 1/3/19 came and screwed damaged window to make temporarily more secure. Arrived half day late for installing but did inform at 8:55 that AM would arrive late around 11:00. Finally arrived after phoning company at 2:00 fast, friendly and efficient once arrived to install three windows which happy to say am very pleased with results after a most stressful period.

Great work - door panel and cat flap

Fabulous experience with this crew; we had a cat flap to install on a double-glazed door which required a new window panel, Dean was amazing in keeping in contact (calls, emails and Whatsapps when we struggled with sending images), he even flagged that we needed an extra adaptor on our cat flap which we hadn't noticed so saved the day. The initial measurements and later installation were effortless with Roy turning up early both times saving me waiting around during a work day. The panel is great quality, the cat is happy and we are very happy with the work. Can't rate highly enough, superb customer service thanks Dean.
