Very good job fitting the window and removing the old window. Could improve on customer service and communication. Originally misquoted and eventually had to pay an extra 25%!

Hi Tarique Sorry to hear about your mixed review, but glad you are happy with the quality and fitting of your new window. I am afraid the price increase as you know was because the window you required was grey and not one of the standard colours. In hindsight this order should not have been done over the phone. We was trying to help and get the window fitted for you Asap as requested. The issue was spotted as soon as our surveyor was allowed access to your property and before your order was taken. We pride ourselves on price accuracy but on this occasion we should not of presumed the colour on the phone and for this we are very sorry. Kind Regards Colin Morgan Company Director

Jordan and Justin turned up at 1pm as arranged to fit a new window. They were both friendly and inspired confidence. They got to work straight away and told me how long they expected to be so that I could give them the correct parking permit. There was no huffing and puffing that they had to carry everything to the next road since they couldn't park outside the house. They both worked very well as a team and the finished window looks excellent. All the rubbish was carried away and everything was left absolutely clean. I'm very pleased with the result.
