From the time I walked in the showroom the people have been very good. No hard sell and gave me time to make my mind up. Dan has answered all my many questions on many phone call. The fitters were a dream, very cleaning and caring, attention to detail is fantastic. A great job.

Jinxed installation

We wanted converted loft windows replaced and also the window in the en-suite (velux). Salesman quoted for all this but surveyor said velux couldn't be done. Having advised a 1:00pm start, early morning call changed this to 10:00am but then fitters didn't arrive till 11:00am. One pane of glass cracked on arrival. Two subsequent visits required to replace (wrong size first time). Final beading still unfinished.
