We hired Homeglaze to fit my mother in laws new front door in South Woodford and was so glad we did. We’ve were very impressed right from the start, no hard sale, pricing was competitive and the customer service throughout has been outstanding especially from Joe. He kept us informed and updated every step of the way from the initial contact, thru to the surveyor and the fitting. The two fitters were great too, arrived when they said they would and were thorough, polite and tidy too. Any queries we had throughout the process were answered quickly and efficiently & nothing was too much trouble. We wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Homeglaze to anyone.

Had my guttering renewed on 6/9/20 and waited until we experienced a mighty downpour to see the effective of it. It passed with flying colours. Only issue, it highlighted issues with neigbour's guttering and so passed on Homeglaze's details. From the start - Jay from the company was bright and very cheerful when he talked me through having my guttering replaced. He returned and I signed the contract - which gives a 10 year guarantee. Always prefer a company that gives a contract - as you know where you stand legally. The company then came round over the weekend and completed the renewal of my home guttering. They worked diligently and got the work completed within a day. My experience with the company has been great.

Homeglaze fitted windows throughout for my mother back in 2014. When problems appeared surrounding a bay window which had started to separate slightly from the wall years later, we arranged for Homeglaze to investigate. They promptly sent their head fitter (Jim) to check it out. Following that, work was arranged to thoroughly investigate by removing and refitting the window. It transpired that the issue was with the bay structure itself due to faulty/cheap building construction, and nothing to do with the window fitting. Nonetheless, Jim and his team set the bay back in position properly and expertly, and then refitted the window to be as good as new - in the case of the bay structure itself, better than new! All the while the work was carried out efficiently and tidily, with a real sense of pride in the work being done. I can't recommend them highly enough for an excellent job. A top job carried out by a top team.

I have just had seven windows and a garden door replaced. The workmanship was excellent and everything was tidied up at the end, also great care was taken not to make a mess indoors. The start of work was delayed by a previous job overrunning but to make up for this one fitter came on Saturday morning and finished the work on his own. I am very pleased with the windows and would not hesitate to recommend Homeglaze. I would also like to express my appreciation of the office staff and their communication with me.

We used Homeglaze for a new back door and windows (with blinds in between glass units). From day one George was available to answer all of our questions, we visited the showroom more than once and he always made us feel welcome. George and Jimmy have great knowledge which helped us to make decisions. All team members that we had contact with were very professional and polite. On the day of installation Jimmy and his colleague worked extremely hard in high temperatures with great results and we are very happy. George also came along to ensure we were happy before taking payment. Our experience of Homeglaze has been excellent and we highly recommend this company. We had new windows and patio doors fitted by installers Gary and Duncan from Homeglaze on 24th and 25th June. They arrived punctually at the stated time each day and were polite and efficient. They cleared up and left the place clean and tidy straight after they had fitted the windows and removed all rubbish. We are so far very happy with our new windows and doors. They look great :)

We used Homeglaze for replacement double glazing, New sky lights and bifold doors. The service from the team both in the office and installation was excellent, as well as the after care provided this far. We would definitely use again and couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thanks.

Homeglaze fitted our new windows and front door when we first bought our house a couple years ago, and as we were very happy with their work and product quality it was easy to decide to return to them to do the remaining windows and door at the back of the house. Homeglaze are an efficient and friendly family business and provide good quality work and value for money. The whole team have been easy to work with and a pleasure to meet, from Alan on the sales team providing the quotes and product information, Dean in the office providing clear communications about the booking of the order, fitting and helpful customer service, and Jimmy with his careful fitting skills and workmanship. It has been a challenging time recently for everyone, and we’d like to add that we really appreciated the efforts Homeglaze went to to get our rotten old windows and door replaced as soon as was possible when the lockdown guidance permitted. Thank you. The windows and doors are excellent quality and the house feels much more secure now and looks a lot better! We highly recommend Homeglaze. Hopefully we won’t be renovating a house again in a hurry, but if we did we would return to them for any windows and doors work!

Excellent service and work from the entire team. All the way from the sales team, surveyors and the Workmen were wonderful. They offered professional advice through out the project. Homeglaze replaced our wooden front door with a composite one and our wooden balcony door with a PVC one. Our aim was to reduce draft and increase security. Our experience with Homeglaze was very good. Information was readily provided and they put in a lot of effort to install the composite door we wanted despite the measurements making this difficult. They clearly are very competent, professional and thorough. The instalment process was timely, efficient, friendly and they even did a couple of small extra requests without charging extra for it. Towards the end of the installation a senior member of staff came to inspect the work and to ensure we were happy before taking payment. He noticed a manufacturing mark on one of the balcony door beadings and without us even mentioning it suggested a date for the week after when he personally would come back to replace this. They cleaned up after themselves and we are very happy with our new, super secure doors. We would certainly use Homeglaze again and thoroughly recommend them.

Homeglaze have just completed replacing our sofits, fascias, guttering and downpipe. The whole process from quote through to completion has been great. Everyone is friendly, professional and their level of customer service is by far the best i have ever come across. Work completed perfectly despite the issues faced trying to get the equipment through...sorry guys and they tidied up as they went. All in all a great service and I would highly recommend them to anyone

I highly recommend this company; they were all very professional, polite and provided an excellent service from the initial meeting, the survey and then the installation. Very good communication with everybody involved, The two installers worked very well; they were on time and were very tidy and proficient.

We used Homeglaze to replace our existing windows with new uPVC units and replace our front door with a new composite door. We could not be happier with the quality of the products purchased, the installation or the helpfulness of all the staff we have worked with (whether sales, survey, installation or post sales care team). All appointments and works were completed on the agreed dates and times. I would especially like to call out the hard work of the installation team. I have never, in my entire life, seen two people work so hard over a three day period. From arriving in the company van on the first morning, furniture was moved out of the way, dust sheets were laid and the first old window was pretty much removed in under the first half an hour. This pace was kept up for the duration of the installation. Everything was cleaned up immaculately every evening before the team left site. We had a couple of minor issues with our installation due to some misunderstandings, I'm sure these things do happen with all companies. What I found amazing is the lengths this company will go to to complete the work not only to your own 100% satisfaction but also to their own extremely high standards. The company mantra appears to be "we will get that sorted for you" and they do, quickly. In summary we have been completely blown-away by the professionalism, hard work and general desire to complete work to the highest standard all backed by excellent products. Highly recommend.

From start to finish we have been impressed with Homeglaze. The surveyor pointed out issues with our proposed design for a new porch infill and suggested the best solution. They kept in touch during manufacture and arrived promptly on the day that had been agreed and carried out the work with the minimum of fuss. The fitters were polite, hard working and neat and tidy. They made very little noise, talked to one another rather than the usual shouting and were excellent workers. They removed the existing porch and fitted the new one, clearing away all rubbish at the end of the job. We are delighted with the finished result and will be using Homeglaze in the future. No hesitation in recommending them.

I contacted Homeglaze Home Improvements for a conservatory, bifolding door and door. I contacted them after a terrible experience with a company that went bust overnight. I was in a very stressful situation and I had really lost any hope to complete works before Christmas given that we were already at the end of November. Since the moment I called George, the General Manager, was the most polite, caring and helpful supplier I have ever contacted before. I spoke to him in the evening and the morning after he came to visit my property. Consider that the company that went bust left the job not only uncompleted but also left my house with a massive hole! George and his team were very prompt in helping and did everything possible to alleviate my problems. I was kept updated and informed at any stage of the process. 20 days later I have a beautiful job done and really they have been nothing short than amazing. Jimmy and Ben did a sterling job and they deserve only glowing reviews and referrals. They saved the day and my life!
