I had an excellent experience with Homeglaze. From the initial phone call to the post-fitting follow up, all team members have been professional and courteous. While not the cheapest quote I revived, I am so glad I went with this company. They took time to talk me through my options, the installation team finished in a few hours and fired up after themselves, the fitted door and window look fantastic, and they even fitted a cat flap I had purchased for me. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

The two fitters stripped out the old door and window with minimum fuss. The new door and window were fitted amazingly quickly. They were friendly and professional and kept working until it was all done in very good time. I'm thrilled with the new door, great fit, great colour and just what I wanted.

I had my new french doors fitted last week by Homeglaze and I have to say that I'm delighted with the finished result. My 1960s house was in need of new, modern windows throughout. From the moment I walked into Homeglaze’s showroom and was welcomed by Jay, their designer, I knew I was in safe hands. Once we had decided on the style of the new windows, I didn’t have to wait long for them to be installed, along with a new French door and front door. The fitters, Chris, Michael and Dan were friendly and professional. They worked tirelessly, nothing was too much trouble and all the work was carried out to a high standard. I am thrilled with my new windows and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Homeglaze to anyone wanting to replace their windows.

Homeglaze were extremely helpful and responsive in pre contract discussions and adapted to our needs for a contract arrangement which included both the individual flat owners and the freeholder. They stuck to the shred timetable and carried out the work considerately and professionally. The products are very good.

Homeglaze replaced two wooden bay windows and another casement window. Everything was done to the agreed schedule and budget. They listened to our needs and preferences and were polite, helpful and competent throughout. We are not experts in pricing window installations, but the price felt competitive and fair compared with other quotes we had received.

Jay and team were helpful, professional and friendly from the first call I made to them through to the quality checks they provided once the job was complete. I had a window and backdoor replaced and really appreciated the advice given - these guys are honest and only do work that is needed! They were punctual, respectful, efficient and tidy. I wanted my kitchen window (on the second floor) replaced with a window with a hole in the vent light in which an exhaust fan is fitted. Homeglaze made the vent light pane with toughened glass as otherwise it may crack. There were some problems fitting the fan in the vent light pane, However, Homeglaze overcame the problems cheerfully, despite the additional cost to Homeglaze, till I was completely satisfied. Homeglaze is a professional company that considers customer satisfaction very important.

I cannot overstate the service and quality of work once again provided by Homeglaze. Two years ago I had all the windows replaced in 2 terraced houses (34 windows in total). They did a superb job and I have had no issues since. In December, I spoke to Dean and asked for an estimate for the remaining house in the terrace needing 18 new windows. Over that weekend, he measured up and I had a quotation within 48 hours, which was kept to! When it came to the fitting, just over a month later, given that the property is used as a medical clinic, the timing was critical so as not to upset patients. Fitting was quick, with immaculate attention to detail and timed exactly as requested by the clinic. The windows look really good, and have been sympathetically fitted keeping the original architraves. The team are true craftsmen. Even the smallest window, which was fiddly to fit, with a small arch above, looks as if it was the original. All this and they cleaned up everything before departing. I thoroughly recommend Homeglaze to anyone. You will be assured of an outstanding job.

We chose Homeglaze because of a friend's strong recommendation and we were not disappointed. There was no sales pressure at the first appointment for a quotation, and on acceptance we were given an installation date just one month later. The work was done very efficiently by two very pleasant workmen in just two days. Of particular importance was the fact that a small defect in one of the sealed units was rectified without quibble with a replacement just 4 days later leaving the whole installation in perfect condition. We are extremely satisfied and will not hesitate to recommend the company.

Not cheap, but beat Anglian and Everest on price. No hard selling. Good quality Deceuninck products. No nonsense, quick, efficient installation. Had a problem with a blind not being reinstalled afterwards, but the company offered to come back to fix it. Would have preferred it if scaffolding had not been used, but it is a 3rd floor flat and nobody was prepared to do it without scaffolding, so fair.

Choosing a replacement window company is difficult at the best of times. It is a massive investment and if things go wrong you could be faced with significant problems in resolving them. I would only say that in my experience with Homeglaze you can put those concerns to one side. Initially I had 4 large bay windows (one with patio doors) fitted in July 2022. I decided to have the rest of the house done in January 2023. I have nothing remotely negative to say. The work was done on schedule, the product appears excellent, the service is excellent and all of the staff (salesman, fitters, after sales support) are extremely polite and clearly focussed on giving the customer exactly what they want. A few very minor issues were identified after fitting and there was absolutely no quibbling and they were resolved within a matter of days of being reported. In my view, a company that you can trust.

I contacted homeglaze to replace some very old pvc bay windows in a victorian terrace house with new pvc sash windows. A sales rep visited who was polite, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He demonstrated the product and supplied an initial quote. We agreed a price and a date for installation was set about 4 weeks later. During this period I wanted to make a minor change to the window design which they happily accommodated, and they had to delay the install by 1 week but they communicated this clearly and in plenty of time. The installers arrived on the agreed date and were polite, professional, and generally very tidy. The installation took the two days that they had anticipated, they seems ed to work carefully and consistently while on site, and my house was left very clean each evening. The windows look great, seem to be very high quality product, and seem to have been installed very well. During the installation something was dropped damaging my floor. The installers repaired the damage but we were not happy with the repair. I contacted homeglaze and they sent someone out the next day, without any fuss at their end, and they redid the repair until we were happy with the finish. I would be happy to recommend this company.

The Homeglaze team arrived promptly on the agreed date. They laid down the dust mats wherever they were working and carried out the window / door replacements very efficiently. I had requested that a specific window was replaced on a particular day to facilitate removal of a large item of furniture. This was confirmed by Homeglaze and they even removed the item of furniture from the room on that day for me. All work was performed within the designated time frame and to a very high standard. On completion, the team identified an issue with the door lock and returned to replace it as soon a new lock was available. From initial contact with Jay, through to installation by Dave, Paul and Mike, the Homeglaze team were highly professional and very courteous. I would have no hesitation in recommending Homeglaze.

The people at Homeglaze were friendly from first contact, not at all pushy and demonstrated the product, (sliding patio door with fanlights above), at their showroom. After agreeing the go ahead, the surveyor arrived on time to measure up and answered questions I had. The installation team arrived on time and carried out the work to a high standard. When finished, they cleared away all debris and swept up, leaving the the site clean. They even took time to do a small amount of remedial work on my front porch that had been leaking for many years (Not fitted by Homeglaze). Unfortunately, during installation it was found that one of the glazed units had a crack in the glass and after the team left, another unit was found to have a small crack: Both these units were quickly replaced with no quibble or hassle. Although not the cheapest, their quote was competitive and I am very pleased with the result. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Homeglaze to others and would also use again in the future.

Previously Homeglaze fitted a new kitchen window, back door and new skylight. We were so happy with their work that we did not hesitate to book them again. This time we had new windows to the front of the house and a new front door with a glass panel to the side. All work was completed within budget and no extra charges were incurred. Homeglaze were efficient and prompt at returning our call, booking an appointment for a quote and for a member of their team to come to our home. Not only did they measure up but they advised us when giving us options of types of windows and door e.g. which ones should open and which ones should not in order to be practical and safe but also look good from the outside. All members of the team from the person who called us to the person who quoted us and to the fitters all were polite, efficient, punctual, knowledgable and tidy workers. Homeglaze also followed up after the work to check we were happy. There were no problems at all but I am confident that if there were, they would have been resolved promptly. Michael was prompt on arrival and got straight to work. The quality of the installation was excellent and the product looks good.

We have used Homeglaze before and have experienced their fantastic post-installation customer service. When we needed our bedroom sash window replaced (poorly installed 8 years ago by local cowboys with terrible customer service), there was no question that we would use Homeglaze again. And of course, it was a great experience. Chris came when he said he would come, worked hard and hey presto, a beautiful new sash window, perfectly functioning (so smooth, I keep wanting to open and close it). He made sure I knew how to use it, cleaned up after himself and very kindly even re-installed the blind fixings and helped me with a stuck lock on another window (installed by the aforementioned cowboys). I know that if there were any issues with the new window, Homeglaze would be round fast and reliably to sort it all out. Will never use anyone else.

I got quotes and visits from three vendors including homeglaze and a big name company that operates nationally. What stood out about homeglaze was the personal interactions of the staff. I gather it is a small operation of people who care about service, quality and delivering what the customer needs if not more. I dealt with Jay initially who is very personable and took my request and discussed what I was trying to achieve. At no point did I feel any pressure nor like he was trying to oversell things I didn’t need. The quote ended up being cheaper than the big-name company - the latter of whom tried to convince me we needed scaffolding to install on our first-floor windows. Jay told me this was rubbish and it could all be done from inside. The sales pitches were also night and day - e.g. Jay learned what I was expecting and talked me through the childproofing hinges and added at no additional cost. Chris was the installer - what a stand up guy. If only all tradesmen were this professional. Fantastic workmanship and left the place so tidy it was as if he was never there. The frames look fantastic and well sealed. They were a right mess before. And it wasn’t till after he left I realised he replaced my kitchen sill which was falling to bits! And he re-caulked my kitchen countertop 😂 love this person. The surveyor and admin staff were very good as well - calls always returned and my additional requests were accommodated Worth the price, highly recommend it!

My mother was targeted by rogue window installers who tried to hard sell her windows. I was determined to find installers who were Which traders, who are competent, professional with good business ethics and who could provide a great service without hard sell. We contacted Homeglaze as I was initially dubious of all the good reviews they had and spoke to George who provided me with the assurances they would not disappoint. From my initial meeting with Dave the salesman who wore a great aftershave. I’m sure that’s what changed my mind. To being kept informed by customer service team Dean on the whole process from start to finish and providing assurances of when delivery will be made and who the window installers will be attending my mothers home. To Dave the window installer who did a fantastic job with installing the windows twenty years experience ( apart from the glass breakage on site which was a small issue but quickly resolved by Dean) is a lover of soul music, and Justin who did a fantastic job ensuring the house was left spotless. My mother is very happy with the final finish as you can tell the difference as the house is much warmer without the heating on which is a bonus, as previously you could feel the draft coming from the windows. My mother only had the front of the house done, but we will be contacting the company again to have the Patio doors changed later in the year. I would highly recommend Homeglaze as you will not be disappointed.

Ten windows were replaced in a three storey townhouse. Gutters were also cleared. The price included scaffolding. The salesperson was very helpful and friendly, not pushy and gave good advice on what should be replaced first and what could be left for a later date. Quotes were given the same day and different options were discussed. Surveyor was booked in for the next day to measure up. Office staff were helpful and answered any queries the same day. Installers, were friendly, competent and efficient, completing the job before schedule. Homeglaze was recommended to me by my neighbours who recently had work completed. Since the windows have been done, there has been no condensation at all.

Employed Homeglaze to replace an old side return door with a new flush pvc model. Very good customer service, friendly and responsive at all moments. George was our lead contact and was very helpful and informative. The team on day of installation were nice and efficient, and pointed out a very small mark on one of the handles which I have been given the option to have changed if I decide to in future. We needed to replace the old wooden doors and windows in our lean to conservatory which were rotting and some new guttering. We have been very happy with the service we have had from Homeglaze who were recommended by a friend. The sales team was very helpful and the quote was very reasonable. There was a visit from their surveyor to measure up and the work has been done very efficiently in just one day. We are very happy with how it looks now. Hopefully we won't need to take them up on their offer for ongoing support, too soon to say yet.

Homeglaze replaced all the windows and doors of my 3 bedroom house. They gave me a fair price, without the game playing that you get with other big double glazing companies. The quality of the product and fitting is great. Everyone I met and interacted with from the team has been amazing - customer service has been consistently outstanding - polite, respectful and timely calls to keep you up to date. There have been some snagging/outstanding issues, but they are being resolved with no fuss. I have full confidence that they will resolve the final few bits. From initial site visit to discuss a possible quote (no pushy hard sell, but plenty of passion and belief in the quality of their products) through to the survey visit, then the actual day of installation, and the final call for payment of balance, the people working for this company are superb. First impressions: this company is professional, trustworthy and guided by high standards. Very good workmanship and a great work ethic among the men putting the windows in. They worked efficiently, with care, and were always polite. Even when they hit snags they worked well together to resolve them. There was a slight hiccup with the booking but they were deeply apologetic when it was brought to their attention and sorted it out immediately. They also looked into it to understand where the issue arose so they could improve their process.

Homeglaze are replacing my windows & door in January but my elderly parents had a problem with their back door so I contacted Dean & George to see if they could help us out.The problem was the handle & they couldn't open the door. I sent a photo of the handle as the double glazing is quite old. Dean phoned back to say they had an old handle that would probably fit. Such good service, Chris came out the following day at the arranged time & fitted the new handle. Homeglaze didn't charge my parents which I thought was very kind of them.

This was an unusual order as the door was completely bespoke with many aspects changed to suit my request. It took quite a while getting there as some parts were difficult to get hold of but Homebase rose to the challenge and tried everything they could to achieve my goal. Many thanks to George, Dean and the fitters for all the efforts. It looks fantastic so I'm really happy now.

The mark of an excellent company is its willingness to correct a problem. With our installation incorrect manufacture occurred that wasn't Homeglaze's fault. They did everything you could expect of them to resolve the issue. Excellent service, highly recommended.

We used Homeglaze to install a number of different windows and were very happy with our experience. Chris arrived promptly in the morning and did a fantastic job, with no residual mess - which is greatly appreciated with a toddler rampaging around the house! The only downside was a number of delays with the fitting date, however, this was due to supply issues and we were kept informed of the situation throughout.

Great installation by Chris! Hardworking and arrived on time. There was a hiccup when unwrapping the door (no letterbox installed) but Chris was on the case. Letterbox delivered and installed by him. Finding Homeglaze online we telephoned the company and found ourselves chatting to George whom we found to be most polite, informative and not at all pushy so we decided immediately to go ahead with an installation. A few days later we had visits from Trevor and Ross to measure all of our windows and doors another two lovely men who gave very good tips and sound advice. On the day of installation unfortunately we could not be at home to meet the team on arrival, "No worries" said George "I will come over and wait for the guys " When we got home we met Wayne and Dave our two installers again such polite, diligent and careful hard workers, we felt very at ease with these two superheroes as they worked through the 4 days ensuring all was cleared up by the end of each day. We have been so pleased with the entire installation and communications by Homeglaze from beginning to end, they have all gone the extra mile and given exceptional service and strongly recommend this company if you are looking for new windows and doors Amazing!

We had windows replaced in the bathroom and the bedroom. The workers come on time, and did the job very well. They cleaned up afterwards and we are very pleased with our new windows.

We were looking to fit a new front door and we chose this company as we were positively impressed with the excellent customer service and their high levels of professionalism. Everyone was supportive throughout the whole process and the installation went smoothly. Work scheduled for 18th but the weather was atrocious so we quite expected a delay but the two guys arrived at 8.30 am and got straight on with the job. They worked very quickly, removing the old door and frame and fitting the new, the work was carried out within 21/2-3 hours, very tidy, polite, efficient! We expected there would be some “making good” to be done but it was extremely minimal. The company telephoned later in the day to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. Highly recommend.

From my very first phone call to Colin at Homeglaze I was confident that they would be a good company to deal with. My intuition was right and they proved to be exceptional. From George's visit to give me a quote for the job and all the way through to completion I felt at ease. In my opinion the professionalism of the team as a whole shone out. George gave me what I considered to be a very fair quote and without any pressure from him I went ahead without hesitation. The expertise of Ross the surveyor and Michael the installer shows in how well my new composite door and frame fitted, resulting in no making good of plasterwork and nice finishing touches. Both Dean and Kerry in the office were also very helpful every step of the way. A 1st class job, thanks to the team at Homeglaze!

This company has been recommended to me and I have not been disappointed by placing the order with them. We had a porch build by the Homeglaze in the front of the house. The work has been done at the high standard from the time of initial survey up to completion.

We were impressed with Homeglaze. They came to see us immediately and outlined the options without a hard sell. The following day the surveyor measured up quietly and competently and a month later when the windows arrived the fitters came and worked non stop for three days refusing coffee and leaving no mess. Our old windows had been fitted wrongly and water had rotted the wood in the centre. The appearance and solidity of the new windows is impressive.

A nice company to deal with all the way through, from our first enquiry to completion of the work. There was no hard sell and no pressure. They made it clear from the start that their priority was that we should be happy with the work, and that proved to be the case. Interestingly one of the fitters told us it was the best job he had ever had because although high standards of workmanship are expected they are given enough time to do a proper job whereas in many double glazing firms they are rushing from one job to another. We felt the price was very competitive, given the quality of the work and we were well pleased with the result.

Great customer service and after care from Dean Knowles. Dean ensured I was happy with the design and work carried out after. Dean also replaced the front door lock free of charge to ensure all the house was secured and up to current spec. Windows are amazing. Really notice the difference with temperature and noise inside house. All work completed in one day. Very pleased with results.

The initial meeting with their rep was good. Dean was knowledgeable, helpful and to the point. He gave us a figure and there was no price dropping to make us decide quicker. Very much different and better than other companies. The two guys that came to install our windows and door were great. Very friendly, professional and tidy. The installation was quick and they left no mess whatsoever. We’re really pleased with the quality of the windows, they look great, are easy to open and close and the sound proofing is amazing. Our new front door looks great and we’ve had quite a few compliments from our neighbours. They changed the lock on the door, as it wasn’t the one we had discussed, but it was sorted within a few days - no problem. We would definitely recommend Homeglaze.

From first visit with Jay we knew we wanted to use this company. Quality of materials far better than we had seen before. Our fitters worked hard and professionally and left the house clean and tidy. Met with very helpful Homeglaze salesman (Dean Knowles) on 7 Nov and the two units (bedroom and bathroom) were installed on 14 Dec. Price was very competitive and included scaffolding as I was very concerned re possible damage to sloping tiled roof. Installation was delayed for just a couple of days by glass breakage in transit from manufacturer so certainly not Homeglaze's fault. Installation carried out by two very competent fitters and they cleared up very well afterwards. Units are of a very good standard. All in all, it has been a very good experience - normally one to worry about !! Well done Homeglaze - happy to recommend them.

I was apprehensive about having this type of work done as i really did not know what to expect and was also concerned about any damage or mess that might be caused. The salesperson and customer service team were very informative and explained everything which was reassuring. The team on the day were professional and polite and got on with the job. They took care throughout and I am most impressed with my new windows. I have been left with some really minor decorating to do but expected this as this was a big job! I have no hesitation in recommending Homeglaze and would use them again.

We hired Homeglaze to fit my mother in laws new front door in South Woodford and was so glad we did. We’ve were very impressed right from the start, no hard sale, pricing was competitive and the customer service throughout has been outstanding especially from Joe. Had my guttering renewed on 6/9/20 and waited until we experienced a mighty downpour to see the effective of it. It passed with flying colours. Only issue, it highlighted issues with neigbour's guttering and so passed on Homeglaze's details. From the start - Jay from the company was bright and very cheerful when he talked me through having my guttering replaced. He returned and I signed the contract - which gives a 10 year guarantee. Always prefer a company that gives a contract - as you know where you stand legally. The company then came round over the weekend and completed the renewal of my home guttering. They worked diligently and got the work completed within a day. My experience with the company has been great.

Homeglaze fitted windows throughout for my mother back in 2014. When problems appeared surrounding a bay window which had started to separate slightly from the wall years later, we arranged for Homeglaze to investigate. They promptly sent their head fitter (Jim) to check it out. Following that, work was arranged to thoroughly investigate by removing and refitting the window. It transpired that the issue was with the bay structure itself due to faulty/cheap building construction, and nothing to do with the window fitting. Nonetheless, Jim and his team set the bay back in position properly and expertly, and then refitted the window to be as good as new - in the case of the bay structure itself, better than new! All the while the work was carried out efficiently and tidily, with a real sense of pride in the work being done. I can't recommend them highly enough for an excellent job. A top job carried out by a top team.

I have just had seven windows and a garden door replaced. The workmanship was excellent and everything was tidied up at the end, also great care was taken not to make a mess indoors. The start of work was delayed by a previous job overrunning but to make up for this one fitter came on Saturday morning and finished the work on his own. I am very pleased with the windows and would not hesitate to recommend Homeglaze. I would also like to express my appreciation of the office staff and their communication with me.

We used Homeglaze for a new back door and windows (with blinds in between glass units). From day one George was available to answer all of our questions, we visited the showroom more than once and he always made us feel welcome. George and Jimmy have great knowledge which helped us to make decisions. All team members that we had contact with were very professional and polite. On the day of installation Jimmy and his colleague worked extremely hard in high temperatures with great results and we are very happy. We had new windows and patio doors fitted by installers Gary and Duncan from Homeglaze on 24th and 25th June. They arrived punctually at the stated time each day and were polite and efficient. They cleared up and left the place clean and tidy straight after they had fitted the windows and removed all rubbish. We are so far very happy with our new windows and doors. They look great :)

Homeglaze fitted our new windows and front door when we first bought our house a couple years ago, and as we were very happy with their work and product quality it was easy to decide to return to them to do the remaining windows and door at the back of the house. Homeglaze are an efficient and friendly family business and provide good quality work and value for money. The whole team have been easy to work with and a pleasure to meet, from Alan on the sales team providing the quotes and product information, Dean in the office providing clear communications about the booking of the order, fitting and helpful customer service, and Jimmy with his careful fitting skills and workmanship. It has been a challenging time recently for everyone, and we’d like to add that we really appreciated the efforts Homeglaze went to to get our rotten old windows and door replaced as soon as was possible when the lockdown guidance permitted. Homeglaze replaced our wooden front door with a composite one and our wooden balcony door with a PVC one. Our aim was to reduce draft and increase security. Our experience with Homeglaze was very good. Information was readily provided and they put in a lot of effort to install the composite door we wanted despite the measurements making this difficult. They clearly are very competent, professional and thorough. The instalment process was timely, efficient, friendly and they even did a couple of small extra requests without charging extra for it. Towards the end of the installation a senior member of staff came to inspect the work and to ensure we were happy before taking payment. He noticed a manufacturing mark on one of the balcony door beadings and without us even mentioning it suggested a date for the week after when he personally would come back to replace this. They cleaned up after themselves and we are very happy with our new, super secure doors. We would certainly use Homeglaze again and thoroughly recommend them.

Homeglaze have just completed replacing our sofits, fascias, guttering and downpipe. The whole process from quote through to completion has been great. Everyone is friendly, professional and their level of customer service is by far the best i have ever come across. Work completed perfectly despite the issues faced trying to get the equipment through...sorry guys and they tidied up as they went. Very good communication with everybody involved, The two installers worked very well; they were on time and were very tidy and proficient.

We used Homeglaze to replace our existing windows with new uPVC units and replace our front door with a new composite door. We could not be happier with the quality of the products purchased, the installation or the helpfulness of all the staff we have worked with (whether sales, survey, installation or post sales care team). All appointments and works were completed on the agreed dates and times. I would especially like to call out the hard work of the installation team. I have never, in my entire life, seen two people work so hard over a three day period. From arriving in the company van on the first morning, furniture was moved out of the way, dust sheets were laid and the first old window was pretty much removed in under the first half an hour. This pace was kept up for the duration of the installation. Everything was cleaned up immaculately every evening before the team left site. We had a couple of minor issues with our installation due to some misunderstandings, I'm sure these things do happen with all companies. What I found amazing is the lengths this company will go to to complete the work not only to your own 100% satisfaction but also to their own extremely high standards. The company mantra appears to be "we will get that sorted for you" and they do, quickly. In summary we have been completely blown-away by the professionalism, hard work and general desire to complete work to the highest standard all backed by excellent products. Highly recommend.

From start to finish we have been impressed with Homeglaze. The surveyor pointed out issues with our proposed design for a new porch infill and suggested the best solution. They kept in touch during manufacture and arrived promptly on the day that had been agreed and carried out the work with the minimum of fuss. The fitters were polite, hard working and neat and tidy. They made very little noise, talked to one another rather than the usual shouting and were excellent workers. They removed the existing porch and fitted the new one, clearing away all rubbish at the end of the job. We are delighted with the finished result and will be using Homeglaze in the future. I contacted Homeglaze Home Improvements for a conservatory, bifolding door and door. I contacted them after a terrible experience with a company that went bust overnight. I was in a very stressful situation and I had really lost any hope to complete works before Christmas given that we were already at the end of November. Since the moment I called George, the General Manager, was the most polite, caring and helpful supplier I have ever contacted before. I spoke to him in the evening and the morning after he came to visit my property. Consider that the company that went bust left the job not only uncompleted but also left my house with a massive hole! George and his team were very prompt in helping and did everything possible to alleviate my problems. I was kept updated and informed at any stage of the process. 20 days later I have a beautiful job done and really they have been nothing short than amazing. Jimmy and Ben did a sterling job and they deserve only glowing reviews and referrals. They saved the day and my life!

Dear Homeglaze I would like to extend a big thank you for the service that was given to me by each member of your staff. Its been a long time since I have been unable to fault a company I thought those days were over when traders kept to a very high standard. Not so with Homeglaze. I was not the easiest customer I kept changing my mind and was very unsure, both George & Jim were very kind & considerate with me when I kept changing my mind & both had the patience of a saint. Gary & Duncan are the best fitters I have ever come across. Their detail to the work was unbelievable nothing was left out. They repaired any dents caused by taking out the old framework, they cleaned up after each insulation & even removed their boots before coming into my house amazing. After their first installations of windows I noticed some scratches on the glass, I pointed this out, on their last visit Duncan informed me that he had 2 replacement panes of glass to replace the damaged ones. The way they covered my outside metre cupboard was a work of art just as Jim had pointed out everything was done with precise precision. It did not stop there, they concealed my telephone wire, re-connected my doorbell & put up a door number plaque for me. I can't forget Dean what a pleasant young man he is. You have the best staff a company could ever ask for & I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone. Well Done Homeglaze.

Removed an existing patio door and replaced it with a bi-fold. The installers were polite, professional and completed the job to a fantastic standard. They also bricked up another door, found a perfect match for the external bricks and plastered internally to a great finish. Their customer service is excellent and they even managed to send an engineer within the hour when my grandson managed to dislodge the locking mechanism on the bi-fold by opening it with the key still in. Overall an outstanding company and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to someone else.

We had our existing door knocked out, a new lintel put in and 3 bifold doors installed. They carried out every step in the process to a very high standard, keeping us well informed and turning up when they said they would, working very hard and all very considerate. When it came to installing the doors they were incredibly quick! We are delighted with the doors, and can't believe it was all done so quickly and with so little fuss. Only thing was there was a lot of dust, inevitably, but more than we'd expected and we wish we'd prepared a bit better for that. But the staff both at the office and the ones doing the physical work were all brilliant, and we would highly recommend this firm. The price was very competitive as well. Many thanks!
