Contacted HSS about an alarm fault. I had been let down by the installer and another alarm company so I was hoping that the excellent reviews seen on Which? Trusted Traders would prove true. Paul arrived quickly and diagnosed the fault. He went the extra mile to obtain the previous engineer's code so that he could enter the system without having to go back to a default setting and subsequent re-programming. Within a couple of hours the alarm was up and running, with all wireless equipment serviced. I then gave Paul the job of installing a CCTV camera system. He has done an excellent job, as reported in other reviews Paul works cleanly and very neatly, and doesn't cut corners.
