Paul replaced my existing house alarm with a new wireless system that can be activated and deactivated via an app. The quality of his work was spot on, going the extra mile to make sure all cables were hidden and any mess was cleaned. He also installed a two camera CCTV system, leaving wiring in-place for the possible installation of a third camera at a later date. All functionality was explained once the job was done. If I ever need any other security jobs doing, I'll be calling Paul. Very highly recommended.

My domestic burglar alarm had stopped working following the recent installation of a Smart Meter. I contacted Hopwood Security Systems for advice and Paul returned my call promptly. He called round on the same day to inspect the alarm and quickly established that a new battery was needed, which he fitted immediately. Upon checking the alarm system was working properly, he discovered that I also needed a new front door sensor and fitted this too. Exceptional service at a very reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending Hopwood Security Systems!!

Very polite tradesman, explained clearly and planned the installation prior to the building work being completed in our new home. The alarm was fitted the week we moved in. Advice to do the final installation once all work was complete was sound. Any cabling was completed earlier on. Although not the cheapest very happy with the job. Thanks and recommend this company.

Replaced an external security light for us above the garage. Paul came round for a look, and was able to install it the next day! Very reasonably priced, and job was done quickly. Even positioned it properly for us, and adjusted the timer so we could use it for unloading when back from events at night and offered to move the sensor again if needed in future.

Contacted HSS about an alarm fault. I had been let down by the installer and another alarm company so I was hoping that the excellent reviews seen on Which? Trusted Traders would prove true. Paul arrived quickly and diagnosed the fault. He went the extra mile to obtain the previous engineer's code so that he could enter the system without having to go back to a default setting and subsequent re-programming. Within a couple of hours the alarm was up and running, with all wireless equipment serviced. I then gave Paul the job of installing a CCTV camera system. He has done an excellent job, as reported in other reviews Paul works cleanly and very neatly, and doesn't cut corners.

I had security cameras installed and linked to my iPhone. On changing broadband provider, I contacted Hopwood to re-visit to set it up again. Paul made an appointment to come and stuck to it. He did the necessary work (which was more complex than anticipated), charged what he quoted and left everywhere as he found it.
