I had required a emergency call out last year in lockdown & this company’s owner called within the hour & rectified the problem. Last week it was time to replace the boiler & Horsforth heating solutions was our choice. All I can say is to anyone requiring any boiler or heating related service. This is the company that you should choose. They are excellent.

Having had a poor experience elsewhere, we moved to Horsforth Heating Solutions for our boiler and heating servicing and have never looked back. The standard of service has been excellent, with honest, thorough and reliable customer care and workmanship. I would one hundred percent recommend to anyone looking for professional heating installation or servicing.

We have been using Horsforth Heating Solutions for boiler repairs and maintenance for the last two years. We have always found them to be helpful, efficient and very professional. This whole boiler replacement project went very well. Horsforth Heating Solutions inspected the original broken down boiler, on the same day we called them out, and we were quoted costs for replacing the faulty parts. Due to the age of the existing boiler we decided that a new boiler was required. Horsforth Heating Solutions then visited us to check the site and discuss a suitable replacement model. A quotation was received quickly and we scheduled a date for fitting. On the scheduled installation day, Kieran rang early to say he was going to be late, as his previous job had overrun. He said that he hoped he would be able to install the boiler and ensure we had heating and hot water on the day. He arrived at eleven AM and by working into the early evening he managed to complete the job. We found him very personable, knowledgeable, clean and efficient.

Taking the name from Which? Trusted Traders, the service throughout was exemplary. From arranging the appointment by email to a text saying the engineer was on the way. Mick arrived on time and set out dustsheets to work on the gas fire. He took it completely apart and vacuumed thoroughly behind before reassembling and testing. The boiler was easier to service but overall the two hour appointment was value for money. The gas certificate (and a copy invoice) were emailed within a couple of hours of Mick leaving. Recommended to friends and colleagues!

Struggled to find a superlative for the review title which had not been used before, which says a lot. The job that Tom, Pete and Jack did for me came in two parts. The first was fitting two new radiators at very short notice, and the second was a boiler replacement. During both parts of the job the team were very professional in the way they presented themselves and the business, but were very personable and accommodating at the same time. They were happy to take time to discuss my requirements to make sure I got what I needed, and were happy to offer advice when it was necessary. The jobs were done quickly but to a high standard, and the house was kept clean and tidy throughout. I always ask myself if I would use a trader again, and if I would recommend them to family - the answer to both is a very definite "yes".

They have just fitted a new boiler for us and we have been really impressed with the whole team (Tom, Kieran and Ryan) from start to finish. Hard working especially within the confines of our apartment. They removed our huge antique old boiler without any problems and fitted a new state of the art boiler.

I normally leave reviews a couple of months after the job finished just to make sure everything works ok. In this situation, everyone was very professional starting with a site visit to the completion date. Darren and the guys are very professional and looking after the customer. They finished the job in 2 days, they worked around the clock without stopping. They removed an old system of heating and fitted a new boiler and radiators. The job was clean and every step of the way I was informed with what will happen. Highly recommended !! I will join them maintenance care plan as well and I am sure I will not be disappointed.

We had a Worchester Bosh boiler fitted in september 2022 also fire serviced and shower screen fitted. Kieran and his appreciate came to fit the boiler and another work colleague came and fitted the shower screen and service the fire on another day. I am extremely happy with the service they provided. We had our first service on our boiler which was fitted by Horsforth heating Solution last year. We got a reminder through in good time, the service we easy to organise at our convenience and the engineer was polite and carried out the service with no disruptions. very pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

Called these guys for a short notice boiler service as part of our house sale. They were prompt, courteous, thorough and great value. Will definitely use them again in our new home.

Customer experience and service is extremely important to me, both as a professional and a consumer. I rarely, if ever, give 5* but on this occasion, I feel I must. From the first phone call to the final installation and follow-up, the service I have received has been top-notch and excellent value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company - they even answered an e-mail from me on a Sunday! Great people to work with - if only every home improvement experience could be like this.
