From the initial consultation through to installation, Horsforth Heating Services did a stellar job. Thoroughly efficient and professional throughout, I couldn't have had a better experience. Really straightforward, and a competitive price too.

From first visit to completion, I have been impressed with this firm. I was quoted a fair price and didn't have to wait long for installation. Corey and apprentice worked very hard, explaining what was happening, in what order. I felt reassured. Corey is professional at all times and answered all my questions. All mess removed and am very happy with my new boiler and friendly service.

My boiler was not producing hot water and, after disappointing service in the past, I contacted Horsforth Heating. The following day Mick came out after I received a call to say he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the requisite part in his van and it was successfully replaced. He was very pleasant and thorough and kindly checked my bathroom towel rail bleed valve. The repair was reasonably priced and I would be happy to have them again as well as recommend them to others.

On looking through the reviews on these pages, I noticed that they are quite old? Having said that the older reviews are very much still relevant in every way. We very recently had our old boiler replaced by this company. We were directed to them via the Worcester Bosch website as one of their recommended installers. Firstly well done to them for having such a trusted list of reliable installers. All the work was very well organised from start to finish. The quote was very competitive! and we were kept informed every step of the way. The installers were very considerate,efficient and clean. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job to a high standard. We had a small problem with the condensate pipe not being sited as I had requested in order to reduce the chance of freezing, but this was a simple miscommunication between the quote and the installation and was immediately corrected without any fuss at all. I will use this company for any future work without hesitation and certainly for the annual servicing. I would recommend that you invite this company to provide you a quote for any work you are thinking of having done.

This company have been great from start to finish! No question is ever too much and they do all they can to get the job done for you for a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone. We had to get our boiler replaced as it was failing and 20 years old. We contacted Horsforth Heating Solutions and were visited by an engineer to provide us with the quotation. We accepted the quotation and we specified a date of 17/05/2021. The two engineers arrived as stated and started the work which took the estimated two days. The engineers were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They kept every location tidy and completed on time. The handover was every thorough and all our questions were answered. The whole process was seamless and made us very confident in the engineers and the company. We have decided to take out maintenance with them. I would recommend this company for boiler replacement.

They were able to send an engineer to inspect our boiler very quickly when it started leaking. The service provided was thoroughly professional. It was pointed out to me that, although my boiler guarantee had expired, the particular part that needed changing (the heat exchanger) was guaranteed for longer by the manufacturer, who would also install it at low cost. This saved me having to get a new boiler straightaway (as a fully paid for replacement would not be good value for money in the case of a nine year old boiler). I will go back to this company when I need a new boiler in a few years time.

My experience of having a replacement boiler installed was thoroughly professional, speedy and efficient from first to last. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Kierran did a great job, cheerfully working in a fairly confined space. He explained all the boiler controls fully and left the whole area extremely clean and tidy. The whole job was completed as agreed, on the promised day, for the quoted price. I had a very old and very large boiler and water cylinder removed from my first-floor flat and a new electric boiler and hot water set-up installed. I had been pretty apprehensive about getting this work done - but I certainly had no cause for worry with Horsforth Heating Solutions! The job was well planned and professionally undertaken - from the initial survey right through to the final tidy-up. The quotation was prompt and competitive. Communication with me was first-rate. Ryan and Kaine worked very hard and did a great job. They were also considerate. The old equipment was neatly stacked outside the block of flats and then quickly removed. I was shown how to operate the system - and my numerous questions were answered patiently. So altogether I am very pleased and will certainly recommend this company to others.

I contacted Horsforth Heating Solutions after my boiler broke down and stop providing hot water, they managed to fit me in the same day and repair the boiler there and then. They were professional, friendly and excellent value and I would definitely use them again.
