House of Fires

Ahmad and Ali from House of Fires delivered fantastic customer service from beginning to end. After visiting several Woodburning stove companies around Worcestershire with little success of finding a company who conduct the works we required (most just wanted to sell us a stove and not conduct buiding works). Ahmad and Ali invested the time into understanding of what we wanted as a customer. They visited our home 3 times to view, measure and make proposals before we had even placed the order! They installed an internal flu, double sided wood burner and build false chimney breasts which truly look outstanding. Their installation team were professional, quick, clean and delivered a great quality finish. All of this within a very reasonable price. I can not recommend House of Fires of Malvern enough

New multifuel stove fitted. It was a difficult job as the previous stove wasn't fitted safely, so they had to establish the very odd route to the chimney in a 200 year old property. The tall roof meant a cherry picker was needed to fit the flue. The team went the extra mile to get the job done to a high standard and it looks great.

House of Fires installed a new log effect gas fire, a new fireplace (enlarging the previous opening) and a new hearth in an existing fireplace in the Georgian house we have been renovating. They have provided good advice, listened to our requirements and concerns and completed the job to an excellent standard.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with House of Fire Malvern. We are extremely impressed. Delivery on time, perfect installation and left it behind clean. Very professional. I know where to go next time.

Love my new fire place and mantle piece, looks even better in the flesh than in the magazine. Both guys where fab , started on time did a excellent job, even cleaned up after. It has transformed our lounge and made it feel more like home. Many thanks I couldn't be more pleased.
