Home Report flagged up some issues. Howard came to inspect the drains and give me an idea of what needed doing, prices and he put a camera down the drains under the house so I had a full report on everything. 10 months later the contract had finally exchanged and I had my home, I called Howard to do the work. He explained everything to me clearly, reassured me that the pipe work was good, explained the damp course around the property and how it works, where exactly my area is and where the council area began. The paving was relaid so tidily that it looked better than before! Rubbish was placed nicely in the front garden for pickup. I’m so pleased, I’ve learnt a great deal, Howard is an awesome communicator and despite having a family emergency, he kept me up to date with progress at every step. I’m new to the area and so finding good reliable tradespeople can be hard. I struck gold. He is professional and honest. Seriously, if I could give 10* I would. Absolutely recommend ✅

I telephoned Wirral Drainage this morning as we had a blocked drain in the back yard which was flooding the yard. Unfortunately, Howard (Wirral Drainage), was just about to leave to go on a short break, but even so, he made time to provide me with some excellent advice and suggested that if it didnt work that he would be free some days later. I followed Howards advice to the tee and hey presto the drain was cleared - chuffed to bits as I am probably the one of the worst handymen in Britain! Thanks Howard

Really excellent service. Explanation given at every step of the way and we were kept informed what was happening, when and how much all the time.

Howard and his son unblocked my drains, which were overflowing due to years of silt and fat build up. They also unblocked the downstairs toilet which wasn't fully flushing. They were very pleasant and professional, spent quite some time doing the job and left everywhere clean. All is now flowing and flushing as it should be. Charges quoted on the phone were the charges billed on the day, and were very fair and reasonable.

We called Wirral Drainage and asked them to look at a problem at my mother's house; her kitchen drain was baking-up and she was having problems too with her bathroom sink. They attended the same day and resolved both issues very quickly. We were charged a very reasonable fee (compared to the quote I'd had from an emergency drain unblocking company) and they left everything tidy and in good order at my mum's property. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Wirral Drainage and we will use them in the future, should the need arise.

Drain blockage meant digging up concrete and replacing some drainage pipes. The work was efficiently identified and carried out swiftly by Howard and Craig. They left no mess and were good natured and courteous throughout. Highly recommended.

Within a couple of hours of calling I received a courtesy call to give warning of arrival. The price was agreed in advance and adhered to. The blocked toilet drain was quickly diagnosed, cleared within the hour and a full, understandable explanation with advice was offered without prompting. Definitely recommend this firm.
