HP Heating

As a long standing Which? member I found HP Heating here on the Which? website. I needed a float valve replacement in a cold water storage tank, accessible only via the flat roof of my apartment block. The roof is about 30 feet from ground level and is accessed via a fixed ladder with safety cage. Habib did an excellent job, at an excellent price. From start to finish the work was completed in about 25 minutes. Having approached three other plumbing businesses (two of them recommended here on the Which? website) who said they could not do the work, I am not sure I can thank Habib enough for carrying out the float valve replacement, and for doing the work so efficiently and competently. Habib was very polite, professional, kept me informed of his arrival time by phone and texts, and kept absolutely to his quote for the price of the work. I am happy to recommend HP Heating highly and would not hesitate to call on Habib's services for future heating and plumbing services.

HP heating turned up to resolve an issue with my older combi boiler, it had been leaking after previous work on it by another firm. Habib quickly identified and resolved the issue with minimal fuss and talked me though what the previous problem had been. From first phone call, communication has been excellent. I highly recommend HP's punctual and incredible service.

At 7.30 on a Saturday night, we found a leaking pipe beneath our dining radiator, with water spreading across the carpet beneath. I found HP Heating on this website. Their plumber was here within 15 minutes of me ringing him. He rapidly assessed the possible causes of the problem and identified the optimum solution. He clearly communicated these to me and gave a price to which I agreed. The plumber did the job right away, using parts he had with him. One aspect turned out not to be entirely straightforward, and he successfully overcame this hitch. I was impressed with his knowledge of central heating systems, as well as his communication skills and his ability to answer questions. I expect next year to use him to service our central heating boiler. The valued plumber we've previously used for this has moved out of the area, and I'm delighted to have found someone who I'll have no reservations about using instead.
