I have used this provider for at least 3 years. He provides a non pushy reminder service for annual checks and has done ad hoc work for me as well. He has always responded quickly (even when he was on holiday), he is efficient, no fuss and professional. Strongly recommend

Habib thoroughly inspected the gas fire at my new home and patiently explained how to operate it safely. Habib has done several jobs for me, including replacing taps, thermostat, gas cooker piping to bring up to code for new appliance. Usually available within a few days. I highly recommend Habib.

I contacted Habib to replace my kitchen tap which was dripping heavily He was able to source a new tri-flow tap for me and fit it at a reasonable cost I found him to be very friendly and professional He fitted the tap without any issues and took away the old tap and water filter as well as all the packaging. I have some other plumbing issues that need resolving and will be calling on Habib again soon.

Habib removed an old, leaking filter tap in the kitchen. We liked and trusted the reviews about HP Heating in WHICH. Habib responded quickly to our phone call and was able to fit the work in within a few days. He arrived on time, removed the old tap, made the necessary adjustments to the pipework and fitted the new tap and associated water filter. All done quietly and efficiently with minimum interruption and great care and tidiness.

HP Heating came to do a landlord’s gas certificate. They turned up on the day they said they would. Habib was very polite and informative. He has booked the boiler in for a service next year and will contact me two weeks before it is due.

He always arrives on time and leaves the area spotless after finishing the job. Fitted a new outdoor tap for me yesterday and I'm really pleased with it. Another great job!

As a long standing Which? member I found HP Heating here on the Which? website. I needed a float valve replacement in a cold water storage tank, accessible only via the flat roof of my apartment block. The roof is about 30 feet from ground level and is accessed via a fixed ladder with safety cage. Habib did an excellent job, at an excellent price. From start to finish the work was completed in about 25 minutes. Having approached three other plumbing businesses (two of them recommended here on the Which? website) who said they could not do the work, I am not sure I can thank Habib enough for carrying out the float valve replacement, and for doing the work so efficiently and competently. Habib was very polite, professional, kept me informed of his arrival time by phone and texts, and kept absolutely to his quote for the price of the work. I am happy to recommend HP Heating highly and would not hesitate to call on Habib's services for future heating and plumbing services.

HP heating turned up to resolve an issue with my older combi boiler, it had been leaking after previous work on it by another firm. Habib quickly identified and resolved the issue with minimal fuss and talked me though what the previous problem had been. From first phone call, communication has been excellent. I highly recommend HP's punctual and incredible service.

At 7.30 on a Saturday night, we found a leaking pipe beneath our dining radiator, with water spreading across the carpet beneath. I found HP Heating on this website. Their plumber was here within 15 minutes of me ringing him. He rapidly assessed the possible causes of the problem and identified the optimum solution. He clearly communicated these to me and gave a price to which I agreed. The plumber did the job right away, using parts he had with him. One aspect turned out not to be entirely straightforward, and he successfully overcame this hitch. I was impressed with his knowledge of central heating systems, as well as his communication skills and his ability to answer questions. I expect next year to use him to service our central heating boiler. The valued plumber we've previously used for this has moved out of the area, and I'm delighted to have found someone who I'll have no reservations about using instead.
