Harrison and his team have done an excellent job plastering my living room ceiling following a leak which left substantial damage. They worked tirelessly all day and were extremely pleasant and professional. They were so considerate of our needs and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. We got a few quotes for the work but the price that Harrison gave was really reasonable and he even managed to fit us in quickly which I appreciated. I would recommend Harrison to anyone who needs any plastering work done.

We had a patch of water damage that needed remediating and damp proofing after a roof leak. We contacted Harrison for a quote which was provided in a timely manner. Although the date for works to be carried out needed to be moved, we had good communication and didn’t mind. The work was done to the agreed schedule and budget. Harrison was very professional, gave a very reasonable quote, carried out the job to a high standard, kept mess to a minimum and left the room tidy. Making payment after job completion was quick and easy using Apple Pay, although bank transfer is also an option. We received an instant receipt and the work is guaranteed for 10 years. We’d definitely use his services again if needed.

HS Plastering finished over-boarding and skimming my ceilings today, as well as plastering the bathroom walls and other general plastering works, repairs and making good needed after other trades had done. I am very pleased to have found Harrison and his team and with all the work they have done. They were always professional, reliable, prompt, friendly, helpful and tidy. Harrison attended my property to resolve the findings from his follow up visit when he found that the readings were still high on one of the areas. I was a bit concerned as I had recently had new carpets fitted but Harrison was so respectful by using shoe covers and prepping the area with plastic sheeting in the room. He even let me use his ladder to allow me to carry out some diy of my of own, but made sure he set it all it all up & the health & safety side of it. Great guy with a heart of gold and did a brilliant job on my wall with advice on the ratio of water to paint for the decoration in light of the recent hot weather. Thanks again!

Harrison did a great job repairing and plastering our wall. We have already had him back for more work and he will be our top preference for plastering in the future. Harrison is punctual, professional and very good at what he does.

Harrison attended to assess whether I had any damp issues after I had recently had my home fully decorated from top to bottom. On identifying that there was damp on a small portion of the wall in my living room and a big portion on my rear bedroom wall. He carried out a further inspection outside and identified that there was a gap between the brickwork & base of the front door. Secondly the rear wall had large areas of mortar missing. I was so impressed by Harrison’s plan of action to repoint the rear wall & apply cement to the gap at the front. Both areas were finished off with a waterproof spray to the exterior of the brickwork. I liked the fact that he looked at an alternative option to a full wall extraction on newly decorated areas which would have been an expensive option and not necessarily the answer. For the second part of the plan Harrison has scheduled a date to return in six weeks to retest the same areas. I found that Harrison gave me such peace of mind with his honesty, & pleasant nature. Great communication throughout and the period of the work was carried out over a period of two days. He worked so hard in the hot sun and thankfully there a breeze in my south facing garden. I’m so happy with the finished product, my rear wall looks amazing & new, and he made sure that everywhere was left so clean & tidy. A great big thank you Harrison

From start to finish, from arranging to visit to give us a quote and to the completion of work, Harrison was very polite and friendly, he listened to our requests and gave very knowledgeable advice and suggestions as to how the work could be carried out. Quote was sent through the same evening. He has very good communication when arranging a suitable time to complete the work. While completing the work he arrived at the time he said, while in our home he was very respectful, we felt very comfortable having him in our home. The work was completed to a very high standard, he gave us very valuable advice with regards to what to do to paint the new plaster after it had dried, which it has and today the coat of "mist" paint has gone on just as Harrison suggested...looking very good! He was also very happy to have a chat with us at the end of the day to discuss other future projects we would like to do, we will be in touch in the future to book this work. We would definitely recommend HS Plastering to our friends and family.

Harrison was very helpful and knowledgeable when we asked how to proceed after damage to a ceiling. He has a clear estimate process and provided a receipt for the deposit. Harrison started on the date agreed 2 months before. He works quickly and meticulously. He is self-sufficient. Harrison boarded-over the ceiling, removed the coving, wallpaper, repaired the walls and skimmed the while room. He communicated clearly when minor issues became apparent after the removal of the wallpaper. Additional small charges were agreed before the work was undertaken. After the work was completed he cleared up properly. Harrison's work is to his own high standard and looks great. Harrison is a pleasure to work with. Amenable, knowledgeable and clear. I am happy to recommend him. He will be working on my home again.

I contacted Harrison to plaster 3 ceilings, both sides of a stud wall, top of the stairs box and two adjoining walls and can honestly say the work was amazing! Harrison had a very busy schedule and I stressed the need for the work to be done asap so he fitted me in at his earliest availability but then to my joy contacted me with an even earlier start date and was able to complete the 3 day work to an outstanding finish a day before he was initially even due to start. He was punctual, polite and worked into the night to complete the job as he understood my eagerness to get the job done. He kept a good level of communication with me throughout and the price was by far the best and most reasonable out of the 3 other plasterers I contacted! I have some more work I need done around the house and will definitely be getting Harrison back to do it! Over the moon with the high standard of work he has done!
