HTS Studios recently completed the conversion of our existing bathroom into a stylish and accessible shower room. We have a walk-in shower with a tiled, integrated seat, chrome grab rails, non-slip shower tray with corner entry. There is a toilet dual flush plate, floor-to-ceiling heated towel rail, mirror fronted cabinet above the wash handbasin, and storage drawers underneath the countertop. We originally found HTS Studios online and visited their well-equipped showrooms. All staff, front of house, designer and fitters, have been extremely helpful with consideration given to our needs. We also became aware of a recommendation from a friend whose en suites had been refurbished by HTS. We are pleased to have our bathroom, which was obsolete for a member of our family with limited mobility due to increasing health problems, replaced by a spacious shower room with every convenience.

Work carried out during Covid restrictions. Very careful with all restrictions required covered well. Complete refurbishment completed with minimal inconvenience and always neat and clean at the end of each day. Amazed at the superb finish achieved by fitter Steve and tiler Ashley. Looks to good to use. With every thing renewed including bath with shower over ,toilet ,heating, fitted units with basin also walls and floor completely tiled top to bottom. Quite expensive but you only get what you pay for .

Last year we used HTS to install our main shower room and we were impressed. This year we engaged them to refit and install an en-suite and convert a downstairs WC into a shower room and WC. HTS are top drawer quality and top drawer finish but you will pay for this, and it’s worth it. Last year their most experienced fitter spent 11 weeks installing the bathroom and this year the two rooms took 12 weeks. Their fixed price may seem expensive at first but we have had a fitter here for almost 6 months getting the finish we wanted and the products supplied have been amazing. When they started work on the en-suite the floor, walls and insulation were all rotten and this was all replaced setting them back a week before they started on the install. Downstairs we had solid walls and a reinforced concrete foundation base to the house but all pipes to radiators, sinks, shower pipes were sunk and the shower tray was flush fitted with the concrete floor and rebars cut away during the works. Existing outside taps were re-piped to new shower room pipework as part of the work. The porcelain tiles have 2mm grout lines and are mirror reflection perfect. The Japanese Shower Toilets are an absolute dream. I cannot tell you how pleased we are in 1500 words but you may get an idea from this article. Our budget for the gold service package was increased but an amazing investment. Happy to share photos if anyone has concerns.

A large job involving complete refurbishment of en-suite shower room, replacement of second shower unit and hot water tank and fitting of thermostatic radiator valves. Showroom staff were always polite and very helpful. Whilst the installation took a bit longer than expected, it was completed to budget. There was meticulous attention to the quality of installation and all problems encountered were professionally resolved in consultation with me. The quality of tile laying on both the floor and walls was exceptional and the level of cleanliness at the end of each day was faultless. A truly top grade team who I would have no hesitation in recommending.

My elderly mother recently fell and broke a bone in her hip. When she came out of hospital, I had to find a company who could upgrade her bathroom to include a shower unit. HTS Studios Ltd provided an excellent service. They were able to assure me that the work would be carried out in a COVID safe manner, whilst causing my mum as little disruption as possible. They were true to their word. My mum and I are delighted with the professional standard of work. The fitter was friendly, helpful and polite. Complete refurbishment of main bathroom. We managed to isolate the bathroom from the rest of the house thereby giving both access and freedom of movement to the fitter. Great care was taken by him to cover all flooring and access route before work started. Excellent. The work lasted 5 weeks and during this period the area was cleaned after work every day and dust etc thereby minimised. All existing items were removed plus tiles on both walls and floors. Radiators were either removed or re-positioned. The work carried out was to the highest standard and the fitter was always ready to meet our latest changes etc. Back up by the base office was always first class, paying particular attention and advice to our specific needs.

HTS supplied all we needed for our bathroom. We had a complete refurbishment of our bungalow so the builder fitted it. The quality of the products are very good but more than that was the customer service we received. Nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately, we purchased a couple of months before lockdown so the builder was delayed but HTS stored everything for us for a considerable time for which we were very grateful.

After 15 years with a dated bathroom we decided to take the leap and update. We wanted very high quality finish and top spec equipment such as a shower toilet and quartz shower, wifi lighting, and a bespoke shower tray to fit an exact awkward shape. The whole process was well handled at the planning stage with a technical review to start. This year COVID had changed timescales and protocols but these changes were well managed. Their bathroom fitter was top drawer and had worked directly for the company for 16 years. They don’t use subcontractors which was important to us. Tiling standard was the best I have ever seen and the 6 year warranty from HTS gives peace of mind. They provide bathroom art rather than merely a functional product and the price reflected this but remained within the £25k budget. We are so pleased with the work that we have provisionally put a downstairs shower room and en-suite into the budget for next year.

HTS designed, supplied and fitted a new bathroom and installed an en-suite toilet and basin 4 years ago. At the time we were delighted with the professionalism and friendliness of everyone Involved in our project. The workmanship of the plumber and tiler were fantastic. We highly recommend them. Recently, we had a small problem with our en-suite toilet which I felt they would not be interested in but that was not the case. HTS sent a plumber and it was fixed in no time at all. We received excellent help, guidance and ongoing support from the whole team at HTS. From the first time we entered the wonderful showroom through to completion of our quality bathroom we received excellent customer service. Gary the fitter was was very helpful, discussing and seeking our views along the way and cleared up each evening which we were extremely grateful for as it was our only facility! We have used H T S studios for our en suite a couple of years ago and then most recently our cloakroom toilet.From the moment you enter the premises you have a feeling of being well looked after and that your needs are important to them and we have always received very helpful advice from Paul and Amanda . In respect of the work and fitting itself we have been really pleased with the work firstly of Gavin and then most recently Glenn, it has always been of high quality and they have been very respectful of how they have treated the surroundings and kept everything clean and tidy . Any little issues are rectified without any problems and even if they occur some time after the fitting. We would and do thoroughly recommend h t s studios to all family and friends .

We have just had our bathroom converted in to a shower room by HTS. We are very pleased with the finished outcome. All the workmen were very pleasant, neat and tidy workers. In particular, Glenn P the bathroom fitter, was extremely professional and the cleanest and tidiest workman we have ever had. We did have a few issues along the way. However, these were always discussed and worked around to find a mutually satisfactory solution. For example, the toilet was to near to the wall, this was spotted at an early stage and after discussion with the fitter we were able to rework the design and resolve the problem satisfactorily without incurring extra costs. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for HTS to ensure customer satisfaction, therefore we would be happy to recommend HTS to other potential customers.

We are very pleased with our new bathroom. Our requirements were discussed at length including a free on-site survey and were given options to obtain a quote within our budget. The design had to fit within a confined space under sloping roof beams and it did so perfectly. The fitter was very considerate of our home, keeping the area clean and tidy each evening. Likewise the tiler did an excellent job, a misunderstanding over one detail being quickly and willingly corrected. We are very happy with the whole job and recommend HTS to anyone requiring a new bathroom.

Since 2006, HTS Studios have brought up to date my two bathrooms and down stairs toilet. They have just completed the adapation of one of my shower units to suit my special arthritic needs. This last piece of work, the fourth time I have used them, has been completed to the same high standards as all the other work they have done for me in the past. The work was completed to cost, time and estimate and, what is more, the one item not found necessary to use was refunded. Due to the nature of the job, an adapation of existing work, it was not easy job. The friendly fitter always consulted me when a snag occurred and the job was completed with no damage to the other existing fittings. The friendly fitter is to be commended for his neat and tidy work and I always knew what he was about to do. His communication skills were excellent. In addition, inspite of being an adaptation to existing work, I am still covered by their after care guarantee. It was, as usual, a job well done and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had our kitchen and bathroom supplied and fitted by HTS. Both are quite small spaces and our requirements for what we wanted in each room were quite specific. They were really patient with us and worked hard to fit everything we needed in, whilst still maintaining a high quality finish. When the fitters were working they kept everything tidy and clean and we now have the kitchen and bathroom we have always wanted. Overall great customer service and would definitely go back or recommend to a friend.

For the price of the job, I would have expected higher quality fittings to have been supplied. The fitter was polite and tidy, cleaning up as he went along. When things went wrong, they took their own approach to fixing, rather than asking and also didn't keep us fully informed on the situation. We chose HTS and were willing to pay the high price, so were disappointed that the fittings supplied are ok, but not great.

Impressed by showroom and staff I accepted an expensive quote for kitchen refurbishment after viewing Which? The doors and cupboards obtained from Germany included 3 doors not ordered, wrong sized doors, a badly damaged cupboard and a cupboard bigger than ordered. I questioned the finish to the doors but was informed that this was because they were covered with a protective film. Disillusioned I requested a detailed invoice. It was incorrectly totalled and there was an item for “parts, adhesive etc“ for £1497.99. Hinges and handles were priced separately. I was told item included shipping costs. Without shipping most of the plain MDF doors cost £149.52. With doors installed protective film was removed to show matte and not gloss doors as ordered. To remedy the situation the damaged cupboard was replaced with a unit sourced locally, the wrong sized cupboard was cut down to size and the wrong sized doors either hung with padding or fitted with an over sized draw front. I was offered a discount to keep the matte doors I reluctantly agreed to retain the matte doors as I did not by now trust HTS to provide a first class service. I accepted a discount that was probably covered by the charge for adhesives, not replacing wrong sized cupboards and doors, and replacing the damaged cupboard locally. Ken Hampshire

We employed HTS Studio to design and fit an accessessable shower room. The end product is beautiful, and all of the fixtures and fittings are very good quality. HTS are very customer focussed and nothing is too much trouble. They will bend over backwards to try to ensure you get your 'dream' bathroom. The fitter was friendly and helpful and treated our house with respect ensuring there was the minimum of mess. As with any project it was not trouble free. We experienced design issues, the toilet described in the manufacturer's brochure as comfort level, was only 42cm, (something we would have hoped the designer would have been aware of), in addition, the tiled floor had to be relaid. However HTS worked with us to rectify those issues, (we chose not to change the toilet as it would have been too disruptive), and I would say we are very happy with the end result. Certainly, you wont work with a company who are more customer focussed or who provide better on-going support.

In every way HTS is a professional trader, with a superb approach to customer satisfaction. Willing to give practical and sensible advice and solve problems. Even when manufacturer supply problems arose (no fault of HTS), their response to the matter and resolution to the problem was swift and positive. Even though not being the appointed fitters for the products purchased they were more than willing to give practical technical advice and visit the address where the products were being installed to give advice and check that the products being ordered would in fact be suitable. Great to still find a company with traditional values and the desire to fully meet the needs and wishes of their customers. Very helpful, friendly and professional. I purchased a Bathroom suite and an en-suite suite from this company and the quality of the products was excellent. But more to the point, the design and advice I received was perfect, and when I needed more parts such as extra wall tiles, they went to great lengths to obtain them even though the manufacturer had closed for their summer break. Overall the customer service I received was exceptional.

Our sad bathroom had to go and a friend had used the services of this company so I knew she would have researched it well. Our bathroom had to be gutted, we got rid of the bath and now have two showerheads. It is a beautiful job with great attention to detail, the bathroom wasn't cheap because it is of excellent quality. The stairs were covered in cling film and the plumber cleared his patch twice a day, all the debris was taken away at the end of each day. So a very tidy job of high quality, I am thrilled to bits with the result.
