I would hesitate to recommend them but only due to the slow response to my initial enquiry and ongoing communications. However, when I could make contact, all was good, as well as the work completed. I wanted to replace the main stopcock and fit a water conditioner. It took over a week (2 emails and one voicemail) to get an initial response, and then 2 weeks before Zac came onsite to assess. The assessment was fine, and I agreed to do a little research before emailing later that day to confirm what I wanted. It then took nearly 3 weeks, multiple emails (most of which had no response), and an intervention from the conditioner manufacturer before a quote was provided. There were similar delays when trying to set up the appointment for the work. The work was done to a high standard (and the engineer Grant also identified and fixed a potential problem I'd not been aware of), so I can't fault that. There were some issues with handover on arrival (Grant had not been briefed on the work agreed and had to leave to get parts), but he handled everything professionally once on site. Before submitting this review I did give them a chance to respond to these issues; over 10 days later and I've had no response.
