I've used Humble Energy for 2 boiler replacements so far and they have been excellent - fair price, efficient service, very professional. Highly recommended!

Polite, pleasant and professional. Completed the fitting and new piping of 5 new radiators as well as correcting previous tradesman’s poor workmanship. Extremely happy with Dans work and how timely he managed to get to us to complete the work. He stayed until all work was completed so that we had not only new radiators but hot water and heating (and no more leaking pipes).

Contacted Humble Energy after being let down by another plumber. Dan arranged to come out and give an estimate within a couple of days. He suggested the most suitable options with me and my wife. Received a quote and accepted. Dan then called the next day to arrange an appointment (the next week). Job was completed on appointment day and for agreed invoice price. Excellant communications throughout . Tidy workmanship . Professional and knowledgeable . Would recommend and use again.

Replaced old radiators and moved one to opposite site of room. Excellent service and answered all my queries. I will use them again for future work.

Top marks for this trader. Even though his wife was expecting a baby at any time, he was very keen, most enthusiastic and happy to explain exactly what the problem was. He had the parts ordered and installed quickly and efficiently. He was very polite and friendly, and we will definitely use this trader again. We have booked him in for a full boiler service in August.

We recently used Dan to finish work off contracted by a previous heating engineer. The previous engineer had been contracted to install an unvented water cylinder and boiler in our loft but never got that far. Dan’s work was exceptional and he explained everything that he was doing as he went along. I cannot praise him enough for the work he did and the peace of mind he gave us after the work was completed. Dan was always polite, friendly, tidy and professional. He went above & beyond in making sure that we were completely satisfied. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dan and he will always be the heating engineer I use. He did other plumbing work for us that was equally as good.

I needed a boiler service and gas safety check. My experience of this company was nothing short of fantastic from start to finish. Dan and his apprentice showed up on time. Both were wearing ID and showed me them. Both were polite and courteous throughout the visit. Standard of workmanship was extremely high. I heard Dan talking his apprentice through the stages of the service. He obviously knew his trade and I learned a little as well. After it was all done Dan talked me through the findings and the notes on the certificate. Something no previous gas engineer has done before. Thankfully all was well and my boiler etc is good to go for another year. In terms of the price, I can honestly say it was very reasonable for the work they did. I can, hand on heart, thoroughly recommend Humble Energy NW. Excellent

Dan capped off and removed my gas fire. When he came to check, he discovered there was a gas leak in my boiler. He didn't leave the house until he knew it was safe to do so. He promptly sent me quotes and communicated really well with me, which I was very grateful for as a new homeowner. He was really knowledgeable and thorough with his work, and told me why he was doing what he was doing. He always updated me if he was running late so I wasn't sat waiting for him. He was such a friendly lad who was very thoughtful about how he completed his jobs. The website was really easy to use, too. I'll definitely be using Humble Energy again in the future.
