Dan took over from a previous plumber. Before touching anything he assessed the job, found the problem and the solution and then carried out the work. The job involved lifting a solid oak floor and using the appropriate tools he ensured this was lifted and replaced with no damage. Skilled, experienced, respectful and a follow up call to ensure I was satisfied. Do not hesitate to call him. You are completely safe in his hands. Such a joy!

My parents needed a plumber to replace a leaking kitchen tap. From requesting a quote to completion of the job, every stage was straightforward and communicated fully. I placed the request in the evening and by the following morning I had received a quote for the job. When I confirmed I was happy with the quote an appointment was booked in within 15 minutes. On the day of the job I was contacted with an estimated time of arrival. The job was completed in approximately half an hour and my mum says that the workers were very friendly and courteous throughout. Would definitely contact them again in the future. We needed advice on a new boiler, as well as an urgent installation after our old boiler broke down and was condemned. Dan was fantastic, helping us sort everything out, and his work was superb - the pipework was the neatest I've ever seen. Our new heating and hot water system is working brilliantly and has saved us money on bills already. I can't recommend Humble Energy highly enough. You want all tradespeople to be this good.

Dan resolved an issue left by another plumber. He unpicked the work, found the solution and solved all issues. He checked every aspect of my heating system and looked after my home. I was lucky to come across Humble Energy and particularly Dan. I had had two plumbers come out to look at a job with my shower and both had pretty much done nothing. Dan was brilliant. He spent time investigating the issue and has kept me informed through the whole process with various options. I also then requested another job with him which was to repair one of our toilets and he did an exceptional job. Not only was I pleased with the work, but his attitude, professionalism, time management etc. have all been amazing. Dan (Humble Energy NW) was brilliant, his work was spot on, turned up at the appointed day and time, replaced a radiator, advice on resizing and different placement was great advice and will also help cut gas bills at a time most needed, repaired taps, advised by Dan to repair rather than replace, repaired a radiator, again, advised repair not replace, saved us a lot of money, replaced a leaking stop cock, all jobs completed to a really high standard, cleaned all areas when finished, quoted price for all the work was excellent and value for money, we were so impressed with this service we ask advise and price for a full bathroom replacement, this will be done in the future by this exceptional company.

I had a number of jobs that needed doing from replacing radiators to changing taps, Dan provided a competitive quote, turned up when he said he would and was a pleasure to have around. Polite, pleasant and professional. Completed the fitting and new piping of 5 new radiators as well as correcting previous tradesman’s poor workmanship. Extremely happy with Dans work and how timely he managed to get to us to complete the work. He stayed until all work was completed so that we had not only new radiators but hot water and heating (and no more leaking pipes).

Contacted Humble Energy after being let down by another plumber. Dan arranged to come out and give an estimate within a couple of days. He suggested the most suitable options with me and my wife. Top marks for this trader. Even though his wife was expecting a baby at any time, he was very keen, most enthusiastic and happy to explain exactly what the problem was. He had the parts ordered and installed quickly and efficiently. He was very polite and friendly, and we will definitely use this trader again. We recently used Dan to finish work off contracted by a previous heating engineer. The previous engineer had been contracted to install an unvented water cylinder and boiler in our loft but never got that far. Dan’s work was exceptional and he explained everything that he was doing as he went along. I cannot praise him enough for the work he did and the peace of mind he gave us after the work was completed. Dan was always polite, friendly, tidy and professional. He went above & beyond in making sure that we were completely satisfied. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dan and he will always be the heating engineer I use. I needed a boiler service and gas safety check. My experience of this company was nothing short of fantastic from start to finish. Dan and his apprentice showed up on time. Both were wearing ID and showed me them. Both were polite and courteous throughout the visit. Standard of workmanship was extremely high. I heard Dan talking his apprentice through the stages of the service. He obviously knew his trade and I learned a little as well. After it was all done Dan talked me through the findings and the notes on the certificate. Something no previous gas engineer has done before. Thankfully all was well and my boiler etc is good to go for another year. In terms of the price, I can honestly say it was very reasonable for the work they did. Dan capped off and removed my gas fire. When he came to check, he discovered there was a gas leak in my boiler. He didn't leave the house until he knew it was safe to do so. He promptly sent me quotes and communicated really well with me, which I was very grateful for as a new homeowner. He was really knowledgeable and thorough with his work, and told me why he was doing what he was doing. He always updated me if he was running late so I wasn't sat waiting for him.
