Humphrey & Crockett Ltd are a plumbing and heating company based in Andover, Hampshire.
Established in 2010 we serve Andover, Southampton, Salisbury and Winchester as well as most of Hampshire, Wiltshire and Berkshire.
We cater for the needs of those wanting installation and maintenance of home heating. Anything from a wood burner and fireplace to a full heating system. We offer full heat losses and reports, system design, eco energy assessments and the boiler upgrade scheme (BUS) including £7,500 toward a heat pump installation.
We are an MCS certified business and strike the balance of quality installation , efficiency and cost effectiveness of giving the customer a warm comfortable home
Our years of experience, accredited training and high professional standards are put into every job we undertake for every customer we see. This allows us to offer an after care service that will give you the piece of mind that will continue well after the install.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Kyle has kept us in the loop with everything. So well planned and the best price we had had. I’ve been recommended this company before and can see why! The 2 guys who came to install we couldn’t fault . Both super friendly and so clean and tidy! They cleaned up daily and when they left it was like new. Our new log burner is amazing! So happy we chose Humphrey Crockett! Thankyou guys 👌🏻

Called Humphrey and Crockett on Friday morning to report a central heating failure. Adam and Tom turned up on Friday evening to save us from a weekend without heating. Fixed the problem in spite of having to travel to get parts and were cheerful as well as competent. Being Valentine's Day, I hope their partners forgive them (and us). Excellent service as so often before. We are a longstanding customer.

We cannot praise Humphrey & Crockett highly enough, following our recent boiler installation - each and every one of the team involved, went the extra mile to make our installation seamless. Fantastic customer service from Paul in the office, who kindly arranged to squeeze us in at short notice and who was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Adam and Kyle were brilliant - extremely knowledgeable, professional and perfectionists in their work. The high standard and attention given to our boiler installation was second to none and it was a pleasure to have them around. Thank you for all your hard work, caring attitude and dedication. Thanks also to Jack, for fitting us with new radiator valves, which was a last-minute decision by us! We are really happy with our boiler and the whole experience and would not hesitate in recommending Humphrey & Crockett - 100%!

With a need to complete the sale of our house by 31 Jan 25 we were in a panic when the consumer unit was deemed a fail on the electrical test 15 Jan 25. Charlie continued with the rest of the inspection and was really helpful and professional throughout going above and beyond and rectifying other electricians’ past mistakes. Aware of our dilemma, she then engaged with the Ops Manager and worked later on other jobs, rescheduling their diary to enable a new unit to be fitted on 17 Jan 25. The level of professionalism and customer service is unsurpassable going well beyond the level of service I have experienced with other tradesmen. Good communication throughout with a refreshing “Can Do” attitude I have found them to be head and shoulders above any other company I have dealt with. I would not hesitate in unreservedly recommending them to anyone.

Highly Recommended! After moving into a new property with an existing air pump installed, we faced huge problems with the old system. No company seemed able—or willing—to identify and fix the issue. Then we came across Humphrey & Crockett, and they were incredible! The team went above and beyond to try and repair the old pump, but it quickly became clear that it was beyond saving. They efficiently installed a new pump, ensuring we were fully satisfied and understood how it worked. Their aftercare has been excellent, and we can’t thank the team enough. The whole experience was perfect, 3 lovely gentlemen arrived, Sam, Gavin and Ned, they were all outstanding polite, informative, they put protective material down to protect the flooring, they were just lovely to have around. Thank you everything was perfect and you can’t say that very often, these days. The whole service has been perfect from start to finish 🙃 and yes we had the log burner fired up in August 😂

Their team undertook the work when they said, quicker than expected and with huge professionalism - we genuinely can't fault the service, product, or charm with which this local company delivered a great product. You should choose Humphrey & Crockett because they do exactly what they say they'll do - to a very high standard and offer superb advice on what will work in your home and what might be 'too much'.
