Billy and Scott were very professional from the outset, providing advice throughout the survey visit for a new boiler, hot water tank, and Under Floor Heating. The survey took over an hour, which flew by, and Billy answered all our questions and helped us understand the jargon of what we wanted. The quotation came back very reasonable compared to other trades we also got to quote. The selling point was the customer service, giving us the assurance that we were in safe hands. They gave us options in terms of equipment and also their recommendations backed up by reasons why. Recommendations in terms of a number of heating zones for the UFH, the boiler make and size, even down to the controllers. When it came to the dismantling of the old and in with the new, the team worked efficiently and completed the work to a high standard. The team turned up when they said they would and got the work done in the time they said, which was a huge relief, when the house is going through a major refurb. The workers were always positive and polite and when I asked for a couple extra pieces of work, they were straight onto it.
