I was extremely impressed with the approach of Scott and Sam. They were very clear and thorough in defining what the work should be and how best to address the job. Sam carried out the work without fuss and on time despite it being complex. We were hardly inconvenienced during the work and Sam cleaned up completely at the end of each day. Most importantly the work achieved what it was meant to achieve. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Our son and daughter-in-law are having an extension built and urgently needed to have a boiler relocated due to an unexpected complication. Scott quickly responded to our request for assistance and spent a good hour on site explaining the options to us. Based on Scott's advice, we decided to install a Vaillant combi boiler in a downstairs toilet. It was a complex installation carried out superbly by Aaron who dealt with a number of problems calmly and skillfully. He was a pleasure to have in the house. Once connected there was a problem with a bathroom mixer tap which Scott came and sorted for us. The boiler is working well, the house warms up very quickly and the shower is much more powerful. The price we paid was competitive with other quotes we received but Scott's quote was more professionally presented. We felt confident in Hunter Heating Ltd throughout the entire process and we would recommend Scott and Aaron without reservation.

Billy and Scott were very professional from the outset, providing advice throughout the survey visit for a new boiler, hot water tank, and Under Floor Heating. The survey took over an hour, which flew by, and Billy answered all our questions and helped us understand the jargon of what we wanted. The quotation came back very reasonable compared to other trades we also got to quote. The selling point was the customer service, giving us the assurance that we were in safe hands. They gave us options in terms of equipment and also their recommendations backed up by reasons why. Recommendations in terms of a number of heating zones for the UFH, the boiler make and size, even down to the controllers. When it came to the dismantling of the old and in with the new, the team worked efficiently and completed the work to a high standard. The team turned up when they said they would and got the work done in the time they said, which was a huge relief, when the house is going through a major refurb. The workers were always positive and polite and when I asked for a couple extra pieces of work, they were straight onto it.
