Scott arrived quickly and promptly after we got in touch, took the time to fully assess the situation, and explained the work required in a really clear and reassuring way. The quotation was transparent, competitive, and easy to understand, which immediately gave us confidence. Arron arrived the very next day to begin the work and even provided temporary heaters so we weren’t left without warmth while the boiler replacement was carried out, a thoughtful touch that made a big difference. The work itself was completed quickly and efficiently, with obvious care and professionalism throughout. Both Scott and Arron were extremely courteous and respectful of our home, going to great lengths to keep everything tidy while the work was ongoing. When the job was finished, Arron left everything spotlessly clean and even arranged for all the old parts to be removed, meaning we didn’t have to worry about a thing. On one of the coldest weeks of the year, Scott came out on the same day to assess our broken boiler and completed a full replacement including a recited flu, a new relocated eco boiler and a new radiator with a power flush to the system, all that same week! After phoning Scott he was round immediately to review the situation with my leaky boiler and to suggest and agree what was to be done. We decided the best option was a replacement and we were booked in for the work immediately. The engineer arrived promptly in the morning and completed the replacement by early afternoon. The professional, efficient and thorough HH's team are the best. They will strive to meet their busy deadlines, complete the work to high standards and I always found them ready to answer questions and give advice even after the work has been done. Would highly recommend their services but I am reluctant to share, I want them all to myself!

I was looking for a new provider for my landord's gas certificate and boiler service, after going through larger firms and being let down with ridiculous morning or afternoon slots and then not turning up. I'd left messages on other engineers' mobiles, but I was really glad to get through to Scott at Hunter Heating Solutions. Billy turned up at the agreed time, and completed a proper service. Not the usual 15 minutes and then gone. He was courteous, knowledgeable and clean. All the things one would expect, but don't always get. I would thoroughly recommend Hunter Heating Solutions. I will not be looking elsewhere in future.

All of my wife and I communications and experiences with both Scott and Sam who did the installation were positive. From the moment Scott came to our house to give us a quotation we felt he was someone that was completely trustworthy and didn't doubt we would be satisfied with the service provided. Our system turned out to be really badly gunged up with sludge and had to be pressure washed twice, obviously something not foreseen. In fact Sam said he had never seen one so bad. This was done because it is important to ensure that the system is completely clean. Talking to Sam he said he had worked for other companies that would not have bothered to do the second flush. We would highly recommend the company and felt they're really trustworthy as well as good.
