We wanted our old boiler and hot water tank system replaced with a combi-boiler system. Scott of Hunters Heating Solutions Ltd came to survey and quote for the removal of the old system and the installation of a new combi-boiler system for our heating and hot water requirements. Scott was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very professional, explained our options and answered any questions we had. We finally settled on an installation solution, suggested by Scott, which was different to the one we had originally envisaged but was much neater and actually worked out cheaper. The installation was carried out by Aaron and Alex of Hunters who are very nice and friendly guys and they were a pleasure to have in our home. Aaron and Alex are highly professional, hard working and were very respectful of our property. They always took the time to fully answer any questions we raised during the install. The house was always left clean and tidy at the end of each day both inside and out. We are extremely pleased and very happy with the service we received. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Hunters will be our go to company for any future needs we may have and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

We wanted to renew some central heating radiators in our house and replace the old Honeywell heating and hot water/ thermostat control. I had already obtained a quote from the local company we regularly use but had been disappointed because they had missed some of my requirements and the cost seemed quite high. Having found Hunter Heating Solutions online, noted that they were a local company too and a Which Trusted Trader, I made contact. Scott was very thorough in ascertaining what was needed and explaining (patiently!) about the Hive Smart thermostat, which we have subsequently had installed. The quote for the work was much better suited to our budget and a start date was agreed. The work was carried out mainly by Alex, and Scott came to assist with the installation of the Hive set up and provide oversight. We were very pleased with the high quality of workmanship, as everything was discussed with us either by Scott or Alex, and any questions we had were answered clearly. Alex cleared up afterwards and was careful with our possessions. We encountered a problem with some of the pipework and Scott suggested a workaround and then another solution to try. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

I engaged Hunter Heating Solutions based on a recommendation from a neighbour, and backed up by being a Which trusted trader. I am so glad I did. They were professional, courteous, and did the job quickly and to a very high standard. The estimate was very clear and precise. The engineer cleaned up afterwards and respected my home. They were also very competitive on rates. I can not recommend them highly enough.

When the job was finished, Arron left everything spotlessly clean and even arranged for all the old parts to be removed, meaning we didn’t have to worry about a thing. On one of the coldest weeks of the year, Scott came out on the same day to assess our broken boiler and completed a full replacement including a recited flu, a new relocated eco boiler and a new radiator with a power flush to the system, all that same week! Hunter Heating Solutions were a very kind, helpful and professional team that I would happily use again and recommend to anyone else. Thank you very much.

Scott was beyond helpful when we initially got in contact about getting some radiators installed, and gave excellent and generous advice about what we needed and how to best do it. Alex who came to do the work was super professional and did the work quickly and efficiently. Such a lovely team, who again I’d recommend to anyone!

After phoning Scott he was round immediately to review the situation with my leaky boiler and to suggest and agree what was to be done. We decided the best option was a replacement and we were booked in for the work immediately. The engineer arrived promptly in the morning and completed the replacement by early afternoon. Scott visited initially to provide a quote, he clearly explained the various options and answered questions so we could make an informed decision. The work was carried out by Sam the heating engineer who was very professional and helpful. The professional, efficient and thorough HH's team are the best. They will strive to meet their busy deadlines, complete the work to high standards and I always found them ready to answer questions and give advice even after the work has been done. Would highly recommend their services but I am reluctant to share, I want them all to myself!
