From the initial survey through to commissioning, Hybrid Electrical & Renewables provided a professional and knowledgeable service. My installation consisted of a 7.68kW AIKO solar PV system with a Sigenergy 6kW hybrid inverter and 18kWh battery storage, and the workmanship throughout has been excellent. The installation team were punctual, courteous, tidy, and clearly took pride in the quality of their work. All wiring, equipment, and finishes have been completed to a very high standard. Since the system was commissioned, it has performed exceptionally well, regularly exceeding my expectations for generation and significantly reducing my reliance on the grid. Even after closely monitoring the system over the last couple of months, I continue to be impressed by its performance and the quality of the installation. Communication throughout the project was good, and I always felt that customer satisfaction was important to them. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hybrid Electrical & Renewables to anyone considering solar PV and battery storage. Came to fix the problem caused by dodgy installers. Really friendly and spent time investigating, explaining and recommending course of action. Liaised with manufacturers to make sure all in the correct order. Told me I didn't need a new kit that another electrician wanted to sell me. And left everything clean and tidy. Would 100% recommend.
