Igor is a brilliant engineer who actually knows what the problem is and, even more remarkably, knows how to put it right. I’ve hired him to find gas leaks, solve problems with water pressure (two other engineers had signally failed in this), radiators etc. I no longer bother with other heating engineers. This time he carried out a boiler service. Exemplary, as ever.

With a cold snap and the underfloor heating not working properly we needed someone quickly. Igor came on the Saturday and this was very appreciated. After analysing the problem he was able to work with the thermostat to get the system working properly. It all took some time and since then our heating has been working as it should. I would certainly recommend him.

We have used Igor and HydroInstall a number of times. To service expansion tanks, replace an underfloor heating manifold and resolve a hot water flow issue. His ability to work through and resolve a problem is excellent. He has been a 100% reliable and his work is first class. He's likely not the cheapest you'll find but his charges are transparent and his work is good value.

We’ve used Igor twice, once to sort out a shower and then to replace some radiators. He is really responsive, reliable, and communicates clearly, promptly, very organised and tidy. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work - the radiator company had messed up the radiators, and he just refused to install them and helped get us a refund and then chose more appropriate radiators - even factoring in his call-out charge, we ended up saving money.

I needed 2 new taps fitting. Igor preferred me to choose and obtain them. Igor is prompt communicator so always in the picture. I cannot recommend him highly enough as one of the taps was particularly problematic but Igor persisted and would not leave until he was happy that everything was just so. He had to go out and buy an additional part - he got a perfect match. I am very grateful for his persistence, his professionalism and his perfectionism. He took his shoes off without being asked and tidied up. Very happy to use him again and recommend him
