Replaced all windows and exterior doors. Work was completed to a very high standard, on time, and at the price quoted. The fitters were friendly, professional and very skilled. They left all work areas very clean and tidy and removed all old windows. We are very pleased and would gladly recommend this company.

Just had new French doors with side panel and new front door fitted today and I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Professional tidy and an absolute pleasure to deal with. After 30 years of living with poorly insulated and draughty windows and doors and having to clear condensation off the inside of the glass almost every morning, we decided to take the plunge and go for UPVC replacements. We had seen HYTEK -WDC vans outside houses near to us and had always been impressed with their work ethic and their cleanliness so we contacted them for a quote. Michael came to see us almost immediately and he was incredibly helpful and supportive. He gave us all the options for windows and doors and nothing was too much trouble. After we decided on what we wanted and paid the deposit we waited less than six weeks for Darren, Jack and Adam to come and undertake the installation. What a fantastic job they did. So friendly, so professional, so quick and so tidy. Aside from the inevitable cutting and drilling we hardly noticed they were working. The windows (including a couple of very tricky bays) were all installed within 4 days and it took just 3 hours to fit our new front door. What a transformation! The house looks and feels completely different. Even our dehumidifier noticed the difference. For as long as we’ve had it, it has always indicated that the air in the house was too wet but not anymore! No more condensation issues and absolutely no draughts. It feels so warm inside now. We are delighted. I can’t recommend HYTEK-WDC enough. You will not be disappointed.

As stated in the title we have just had all of our (30-40 year old) double glazed windows and doors replaced with new ones, supplied and fitted by Hytek-WDC. We have been very happy with the whole process from discussions, quotation, surveying and finally having them fitted. The fitting team were neat, tidy and efficient with very little damage to any of the surrounds despite the old units being very old and having many years of extra work done around them, including rendering, and more recently cladding fitted. All old materials taken away and our house left neat and tidy, bar the odd bit of dust here and there, hardly surprising considering the work involved. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys which is refreshing to see these days, and boy did they work when on site. None of this turning up at mid morning and gone by lunchtime, which seems to be commonplace for most tradespeople these days. All windows replaced, including a bay window, two patio doors and ten other windows in just over three days, wow.

Just had two UPVC windows and a door handle replaced by Hytek- WDC. From Initial enquiry to quotation and fitting the service has been professional and friendly . Darren, the fitter, has done an excellent job and I would highly recommend them and will use again in the future if needed

No high pressure sales and I have been kept up to date throughout the process. The technician who fitted the doors and windows was professional, friendly, efficient and exceedingly knowledgeable about the products. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Following the quotations and help from Michael, the door we chose was ordered. The price quoted was the price we paid, this was also the case with the windows. After only a few weeks, and as arranged and booked for installation. Darren arrived to fit the front door, he arrived punctually for this installation as he had done for the previous work done. He worked efficiently and was very thorough in the completion of the work. As with previous work completed very satisfactorily, he was always polite and respectful of our property. He cleaned up all debris and took the old door away and was very thorough as was the case with previous work completed. He answered all questions we had and also clearly showed and informed us what we needed to know very clearly. Firstly, I must say that my wife & I are really impressed, very satisfied and pleased with the quality, attention to detail of all that was done from the start of the process to having the work done. I contacted the company in the first instance to get a quote, which resulted in Michael attending and spending time to ensure that the quotation which was done covered what we requested. Michaels approach to aiding our choices helped, he was very knowledgeable, polite, helpful and appropriately supportive, (not in anyway pushy). On deciding to proceed with the quote, John attended to have/take accurate dimensions of the windows etc, again he was polite, courteous and helpful. Toni in admin contacted us when the windows etc had arrived & were ready to be installed. She was also helpful and accommodating in arranging the dates necessary. When the works men Darren & Adam arrived, we were very pleased with how thorough they were in completing the install, it was over a couple of days. Both men were very polite, were very hard working and always cleaned away any of the debris from the work being done. Darren always responded to any questions I had and was keen for me to clarify anything with him re the new windows etc. I would certainly highly recommend HYTEC-WDC, there is no regret in making the decision we made to have our windows etc replaced by this company.
