We obtained several quotes for new windows and doors and decided to accept Michael’s quote and we are pleased that we did as we are delighted with our windows and doors. The team that fitted the windows and doors were cheerful, respectful, tidy and did a lovely job. We have no hesitation in recommending Hytek.

We needed our conservatory roof replacing, looked at a solid roof but decided it was too expensive, so chose a glass roof instead. I would like to thank Michael the sales rep who was recommended to us by a friend, who went that extra mile to get some samples of the coloured glass for us to choose from. The team arrived nice and early on the day and introduced themselves to us, Darren and Stewart. The job was forecasted to last two to three days, but they got stuck into the job and by lunchtime, the old roof had been removed they then set about installing the new frame, as the job was going so well they decided to continue working late to get the glass panels installed. On day two they arrived to complete the finishing touches. While here they did a couple of minor alterations to the door and windows which needed adjustment for us. We are extremely pleased with our new roof and with the quality of the materials and the professional standard of the work carried out by Darren and Stewart. I will be calling them back in the near future to replace a couple of lower window panels and change all the handles for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any double glazing work done.

We had French doors fitted having previously had HYTEK replace all our windows. Darren did an excellent job. He was cheerful, professional and efficient! We are very happy with the result - the product is first class.

Prefering a small or family owned business to a large company my choice of Hytek-WDC right from the beginning did not disappoint. Michael their sales representative was efficient in measuring the 4 windows that were needed for now and it only took approx 6 weeks from that point to complete the necessary checks to installation. Darren who now owns the Company and has a very active part in installing their product was keen to get started so was very punctual, very pleasant and worked hard towards an excellent outcome on schedule. A meticulous worker not only on the installation but on his approach to covering everything in the room with sheets and cleaning up afterwards as if he had never been leaving a very professional and lovely job done. Very satisfactory completion of job. They arrived early, work done efficiently and tidily, cleaned frame and glass and immediate area afterwards. One piece of plastic cover missing when delivered, ordered straight away and then fitted as soon as received. All communications very good, have used this company before and happy to use again

Darren and his colleague did a nice neat job of fitting the new UPVC back door at our rental property yesterday. Right from the initial contact with them, they've been very helpful and quick to respond to any queries or changes in specification we've asked about and to come round and measure up, plus the price was reasonable as well. Managed to get old door frame out without damaging the surrounding render, so very little making good needed externally, plus internally finished off with mastic and white UPVC cover strips. Nice neat job.

All work was carried out to a very high standard. Right from our very first contact with Mr Wraith, the whole job was explained clearly and the price was competitive. Darren and Gary from HY-TEK WDC installed a front door with side glass units, an internal door and replaced blown double glazed units. From start to finish their work was excellent. We were kept updated on installation dates, even through the current supply problems due to the pandemic. Their work ethic was second to none, being on time, fast, tidy and of high quality. We were very impressed by their clear explanation on how to operate the locking system, and ongoing maintenance. We would certainly use this company again.

Fitted a new glass roof to my conservatory replacing old plastic roof. Worked really hard on both days left my conservatory looking like new wiped down all the windows and doors tidied up afterwards I can not fault their service and attitude would certainly recommend this company.

We have just had six windows and a door replaced by Hytek-WDC. From our initial enquiry with the company right through to the final demonstration of the lock on the new door, the service we received was excellent. Michael who visited twice to discuss the options was knowledgeable, helpful and not at all pushy or overbearing like double glazing salesman of the past. John who visited to survey and check measurements was professional and efficient and what can we say about Darren, the fitter...he went above and beyond in bad weather and difficult circumstances and was an absolute gentleman as he moved around the house, leaving hardly a trace of the work he had completed.
