We contacted IH to fit our kitchen flooring (LVTs). The team were efficient and professional and provided a lot of pre-installation support. Adam conducted a site inspection quickly and were incredibly accommodating even when the flooring supplier made an error. Every stage was well explained and clear and Rean fitted everything with no fuss. We are really happy with this and would use them again.

Installation of Amtico flooring in two rooms - the range of options available seemed clear and the advice on wearability etc seemed to make sense. Installation was largely trouble-free and where a hitch was found (around a step into the next room) the company came up with a solution within days and came back to fit the final section without fuss.

IH Flooring supplied and fitted high quality wood flooring downstairs for us a few years ago including our kitchen. As a result of our recent kitchen refurb extra/replacement flooring was then needed. Adam, as usual, visited us at a convenient time last Autumn and provided reasonable estimates both for the new work and for sanding/treating all of the kitchen floor. To fit in with our builder and the refurb, IH completed the work before and after Xmas last year, which was very convenient and helpful timing. The work was completed on time at the usual high standard.

This is the second time we used IH and pleased with the high standard of work. Got a great quote and work done in planned timeframe in spite of an unexpected issue on day one. Minimum dust, great quality outcome and professional approach. Previous job was daughter's carpet, got great advice on which one to choose/easy to clean. Would highly recommend.

I had some carpet fitted for both my stairs and landing and I can say now that the work is done I couldn't be happier with the work done. From the start of trying to get a quote in the middle of the lock down period IH Flooring have been incredibly friendly and helpful. Because of their care for keeping in line with COVID restrictions I was asked to supply some information for the quote to be done online this was actually quite accurate. Both Fiona and Adam are very professional and made the many mistakes I made on the quote easy to resolve they contacted me instantly to get more information to ensure the quote was as accurate as possible. The quality of the fitting was perfect even though the previous owner has laid down some uneven wood chipping however Adam was able to work around that to make it all even. Thanks guys really appreciate it I'll be in touch when I am getting my bathroom done as well.

After a bad experience with a bloke and his sander we found IH flooring. They have now done almost all of the floors in the house. They restored and repaired oak parquet floors downstairs to an exceptionally high standard, fitted marmoleum tiles in the kitchen and carpeted the house throughout. They are experts, give very helpful advice, clear quotes and are friendly and professional. I also found it much easier to work with a local business. Highly recommend them.

Really pleased with the fitting of two carpets from I H Flooring. Excellent finish, no mess and really appreciated the help in the shop to choose them. Would definitely recommend to a friend and use again.
