They came in did a review of the building, gave a full survey report, buildings over 3 level needed a fire system. They gave us plans for the authority. No problem with the back ground support. Fire system installed. Fitter was polite.High cost but there isn't much competition in the market

iMist fitted a fire suppression system in my residential property. The system is compact and requires no storage tank and was perfect for the task. The planning and completion were on time and as requested. All my interactions with the company were polite, professional and efficient. At that time, I was asked to cover all the fees for additional electrical and plumbing work and all remedial repairs and decoration. My contractor was also asked to source very specific parts required to meet iMist's specific requirements. Its not a complaint, however any customer should take into account the additional cost of trade for all these additional supporting tasks to fitting the system. At the time iMist gave us a list of parts but did not advise where we could get them causing additional unexpected work for the contractor. I did have one issue with the multiple exploratory holes drilled in my ceiling for the heads. I had to repair and redecorate all the holes myself. Aftercare is very good. The system has worked perfectly since fitting and the service team have been fantastic every year.

iMist designed and installed a misting system to our three floor new build house. Throughout the entire process they were very responsive, with routine dialogue during the design stage and were very responsive to queries during the preparation phase. The on site work was carried out on schedule and with extreme care and attention. Any minor changes required were carried out without quibble and the full system paperwork was issued promptly.
