I Need My Carpets Cleaned

Jamie was friendly and polite quickly getting into action with his big machine. The carpets were on the 3rd floor but he has the necessary equipment to leave the machine on the ground floor to do the work. I asked Jamie to do an extra entrance to a room my son had been sick on a few nights before. To my amazement Jamie did the whole room as well as my own room without extra cost. All the carpets have come up lovely and clean. The kids rooms on the 3rd floor have velux windows but they don't open the blinds very often. Since Jamie's been we've noticed the velux windows were cleaned by Jamie too! Thanks for a fantastic job Jamie keep up the good work!

Jamie had a real challenge in our dining room, where the very pale carpet became very dirty during a kitchen replacement and later use of the room as an office. The result was nothing short of transformational - more carpet restoration than cleaning, and we are so grateful. The alternative would have been a new carpet. He also cleaned our hall carpet and rug and with excellent results. We have just had our living room redecorated and Jamie is coming back to do that carpet, too.

Jamie arrived on time and within 15 minutes had set up his equipment. He cleaned dining and sitting room carpets, hall, stairs and landing. He worked efficiently and was very helpful and non-intrusive. The carpets dried surprisingly quickly. Jamie has a great sense of humour. A good job done at a reasonable price.

Window cleaning, inside and out. The cleaner was efficient, friendly and really did a really good job on the windows all at a fair price agreed in advance, including the tricky to reach roof skylight.

We've used this business several times now for window cleaning, and Jamie always does an outstanding job. The property is five storeys high, with tall windows at the front and a patchwork of different-sized windows at the back - so it's not the easiest task. Jamie, however, works effortlessly, taking his time and paying great attention to detail. He’s thorough, professional, and genuinely personable. He also keeps us well-informed about what he’s doing, which we really appreciate. His wife and business partner, Dawn, handles the scheduling and is always a pleasure to speak with, making it easy to arrange a convenient time. Overall, a fantastic service, we’re happy to return to again and again.

I had builders come to do some work, and they left multiple stains on my carpet- mostly dirty boots but also a bright pink-red drink and another that I think may have been coffee. Then made a million times worse as, rather than telling me about it, the builders decided to attempt cleaning it themselves with some product containing bleach and rubbing it in forcefully over a large area. The carpet had only gone down a month or so before and was (until then) immaculate, so I have to admit I was devastated and got myself into a bit of a tearful mess. Having contacted them on a Saturday, I fully expected to be told the earliest they would be able to come would be at some point the next week. Much to my surprise, they rearranged their personal plans and came over within an hour or two to take a look and start the work. Jamie and Dawn are both lovely, genuinely kind, caring people. And clearly know their stuff when it comes to carpet cleaning. 99% of the marks are complexly gone, and you’d never know they had been there. The pink-red drink stain is still just about visible but very significantly improved, and I don’t think anyone could have gotten rid of that completely after the disastrous ‘cleaning’ attempt the builders had already subjected the carpet to. Really delighted with the outcome. Super professional and efficient service, provided by really lovely people with a heart. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

We have had Jamie for 2 whole days and he has cleaned all our carpets and windows inside and out. He works fast and definitely goes the extra mile to ensure we are happy with the results. Jamie is friendly and efficient and does a great job. Good value for money and I highly recommend this business. Our long hallway was badly in need of cleaning and the service provided was fast and efficient. I am pleased that our carpet has come up so lovely and clean and it did not take very long to do the whole thing. The Window cleaning was done really well too, inside and out and mirrors!

Jamie came to clean our windows in Glendower Place. They are French windows, quote old and delicate, and also quite difficult to clean. He did his job wonderfully, quickly and also he is a very kind human being.

Very happy with their communication and service. Jamie arrived on time and cleaned bathroom, landing, stair and hall carpets, together with the upholstery on a sofa (which was pretty grubby) and a chair. Impressed with the results, and completed on time and to agreed price.
