I Need My Carpets Cleaned

Our property consists of three floors with a number of rooms. Jaime carries out a comprehensive clean on a yearly basis, which Includes: 1) all carpets, 2) upholstery, 3) curtains, 4) kitchen and bathroom floors, and 5) showers and oven. On each occasion, all these tasks are completed to an impressive level and the work takes place within the agreed timeframe and budget. He manages to make our home look brand new year after year! We have never thought of going anywhere else for carpet cleaning. Jamie takes great pride in his work and will often take time to wipe down the kitchen equipment or clean the taps (at no extra cots). He is reliable and very efficient. Additionally, I find Jamie hugely helpful as he has a quick response to household emergencies, such as stains, spillages, etc., providing advice and aftercare.

Arrived on time, set up quickly and cleaned my carpet no fuss no mess , cost as advised, cant ask for much more.

The response to my initial enquiry was quick, polite and helpful. It was easy to arrange a date and time for the work to be done. Jamie arrived promptly; he was polite and efficient. He wore overshoes in the house and protected the floor under the carpet cleaning machine from any possible water. He worked independently and thoughtfully all the time and cleaned two sizeable carpets in good time. He was keen to receive feedback when he'd finished. Afterwards, communication continued to be efficient and helpful. A great job all round!

I used this service following a trusted Traders Review. from start to finish the Service is excellent the response to the initial enquiry was swift with timely follow up by email and an efficient exchange of information. I was initially going for outsides only but on hearing that the service bring its own water I opted for both insides and out which I do not regret jamie was punctual. he did the outsides twice over because they had not been done for some time No messing abput got on with the job. I am well satisfied with the result jamie cleared up - no muddy shoe marks etc and plainly knows what he is doing professional I recommend this service

This is the second time Jamie has cleaned my lounge, stair and landing carpets, and each time the results have been excellent. He uses a technique that revives the pile as well as cleaning and it works fantastically well. My lounge carpet is around 14 years old and it really does now look new. I can highly recommend this company. They are very professional and the charge is fair, not extortionate. Very good value for the quality of the work. Will definitely use them again.

Dawn answered my initial enquiries and was very helpful. Jamie arrived when he said he would and set my expectations about how long the carpets would take to clean and drying times. He managed to get out various stains on the carpet and have left it looking like new. The price was as agreed plus congestion charge. He also phoned me on his way to his next job to double check that he had got rid of the waste water (he had - it was all left clean and tidy).

Jamie cleaned the passenger seat of my car about a year ago. I didn't rush to review the service as I wanted to be absolutely sure that all smells had gone. My cat had an accident in his pet carrier and basically it soaked from the carrier onto the front seat of my car. The smell of cat urine was awful even though I'd washed it myself thoroughly. I called Jamie to clean the seat but I wanted to wait and check the smell had genuinely been killed off and hadn't just been masked by chemicals. So I waited through the hot summer months and waited long enough for the cleaning solution smell to wear off. He did an amazing job and I can safely say the smell never came back.
