I Need My Carpets Cleaned

I have been using this company for many years. Jamie is very curteous and helpful. He regularly cleans my carpets and windows very thoroughly and has even cleaned my oven without using harmful chemicals. He runs a very reasonably priced service.

I had two flights of stairs, a hallway and three bedrooms cleaned by Jamie. All well cleaned, very efficiently and no problems. The administration very well handled by Dawn. I would highly recommend Jaime to other WHICH members, and would not hesitate to use them again.

Arrived on time , and provided a proper clean of wall to wall lounge and hallway carpets and rugs. This task had been ignored for too long. No complaints about it being 3rd floor with no lift. All relatively painless and reasonably priced. Would have them back again without question.

We had the carpets on our stairs and associated landings (3-storey house) cleaned, plus a sofa, 2 armchairs and 4 kitchen chairs. All done thoroughly and efficiently without fuss. Dawn and Jamie deserve all the praise they get as they are responsive, well organised and good value. They are also honest, reducing the final bill by £50 as the sofa and armchairs turned out to be an easier job than first estimated. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Jamie cleaned our many, many windows inside and out (including some I hadn’t expected) and made our grubby living room carpet look respectable again. Very professional and reasonably priced. Will certainly use again.

We have some awkward windows, some high up overlooking a stairwell, they hadn't been cleaned properly in years. James did a great job. Very happy. Highly recommended.

Several badly-marked carpets were thoroughly cleaned by Jamie, who carried out the work quickly and cheerfully. Dawn organised the job efficiently, and the service provided by this family company is very highly commended.

From my initial query through to the end of the job, “I Need My’ have been wonderful to deal with! Really clear, helpful communication in getting the job booked in from Dawn, and really exceptional work from Jamie. We had a small flat and soft furnishings to be cleaned and everything has come out sparkling! But beyond the level of competency at their core job… they’re both just the most delightful people! Jamie went above and beyond in everything he did, even shimmying onto our roof at one point just to clean one of our windows - not at all in scope of what we’d booked but a really helpful extra job to have done!! Can’t rate them enough - in a world of impersonal, sub-par service everywhere you turn, it was a real joy working with a company that seems to genuinely care about their customers!

Dawn was extremely helpful from first enquiry to completing the job. Jamie was brilliant - got the whole job done in under 3 hours and a very nice chap too. He even cleaned my windows for free without me asking. So good I gave him a tip - would recommend very highly!

Jamie was friendly and polite quickly getting into action with his big machine. The carpets were on the 3rd floor but he has the necessary equipment to leave the machine on the ground floor to do the work. I asked Jamie to do an extra entrance to a room my son had been sick on a few nights before. To my amazement Jamie did the whole room as well as my own room without extra cost. All the carpets have come up lovely and clean. The kids rooms on the 3rd floor have velux windows but they don't open the blinds very often. Since Jamie's been we've noticed the velux windows were cleaned by Jamie too! Thanks for a fantastic job Jamie keep up the good work!
