I Need My Carpets Cleaned

Jamie cleaned the passenger seat of my car about a year ago. I didn't rush to review the service as I wanted to be absolutely sure that all smells had gone. My cat had an accident in his pet carrier and basically it soaked from the carrier onto the front seat of my car. The smell of cat urine was awful even though I'd washed it myself thoroughly. I called Jamie to clean the seat but I wanted to wait and check the smell had genuinely been killed off and hadn't just been masked by chemicals. So I waited through the hot summer months and waited long enough for the cleaning solution smell to wear off. He did an amazing job and I can safely say the smell never came back.

Despite the awkward access to my flat Jamie managed to find a workaround with the heavy equipment (he had to leave it on the landing outside with my neighbour's consent) and he did a great job. He was punctual and worked hard and was helpful. His wife sent details for the bank transfer on the next working day. I would use him again.

Great job by Jamie recently - cleaned all windows in three storey house (including difficult to access attic windows). While working on the windows he even noticed we had a tough stain in a loo basin which we had previously failed to remove after a number of attempts. He very kindly offered to deal with it and used a strong acidic bleach. Loo basin is pristine now! Would definitely use him again for our windows.

I found this company via this website in the first place, and was absolutely delighted with my carpets afterwards. They had become very dirty over the last few years due to my clumsiness (I’m disabled), and I never thought that they would come up so well. I can really recommend Jamie and will definitely use him again. Very nice chap.

We wanted a new window cleaner after the retirement of a previous one who had cleaned our windows for 30 years. We found Jamie by consulting Which Trusted Traders. Getting stair carpets cleaned in the same morning was an added bonus. I can only endorse all the five-star ratings he has achieved. The work was done carefully and professionally. He even cleaned the mirrors! In a word excellent.

Nightmare scenario of fresh blood on a carpet. I needed an emergency clean, I spoke to Dawn and Jamie came out within 2 hours. He was polite, friendly and did a fantastic job cleaning the stains and then spent the time drying them to check the has been sufficiently treated. He was of great value too. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
