I Need My Carpets Cleaned

Jamie cleaned the carpets in my flat. He was punctual, helpful and did a great job cleaning my carpets. The carpets were dry within two days of cleaning. The price for the job was very reasonable.

Just had my windows cleaned by Jamie. I am not exaggerating when I say he is efficient, professional and highly personable. My windows had not been cleaned for nearly 15 years and yet Jamie left them sparkling. I will not hesitate to use his services again. M. Birly

Jamie arrived when he said he would, got on with job and my windows are now gleaming. He was quick and efficient, and left no mess. Jamie is very polite and friendly. I am going to have him back on a regular basis so that the Windows don't get so dirty in future.

Arranged job with Dawn who was friendly and knowledgeable. Jamie arrived on time , cheerful and efficient - cleaned windows in the pouring rain (he even had a wet suit)! leaving them gleaming. He also made a great job of cleaning carpets , removing two big stains on the stair carpet, and left them smelling clean and fresh . overall Jamie is a lovely honest and hardworking person who takes pride in his work and is excellent value for money. He is the best carpet and window cleaner we have ever used and we thank him.

Jamie did an outstanding job cleaning the beige carpet in our top floor, split-level flat. I arranged the appointment with Dawn who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and who quoted for the job over the phone. Jamie arrived dead on time - despite the west London rush-hour traffic and inevitable lack of parking spaces! He's a thoroughly professional, time-efficient and first-rate worker. He did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet; moving heavy furniture to clean beneath it; paying particular attention to the grubby markings that build-up along skirting boards and along the edge of the hallway carpet where it meets the wooden flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. The carpet on the stair treads has a tendency to look a bit sad with all the footfall it gets, but Jamie did a magical job at making it look more than a little pleased with itself! Once Jamie had finished cleaning the carpet it looked spotless and fresh and inviting enough to happily walk over with bare feet. Once the carpet was completely dry and I'd given it a vacuum over, it looked superb. The cost of the job was the same as the amount Dawn had quoted and was excellent value for money. Jamie provided a first-class service. On top of that he's a lovely chap; you just feel he's one of life's all-round good eggs! I will definitely book him again. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Great job by Jamie recently - cleaned all windows in three storey house (including difficult to access attic windows). While working on the windows he even noticed we had a tough stain in a loo basin which we had previously failed to remove after a number of attempts. He very kindly offered to deal with it and used a strong acidic bleach. Loo basin is pristine now! Would definitely use him again for our windows.

This is the second time Jamie has cleaned my lounge, stair and landing carpets, and each time the results have been excellent. He uses a technique that revives the pile as well as cleaning and it works fantastically well. My lounge carpet is around 14 years old and it really does now look new. I can highly recommend this company. They are very professional and the charge is fair, not extortionate. Very good value for the quality of the work. Will definitely use them again.

Jamie had a real challenge in our dining room, where the very pale carpet became very dirty during a kitchen replacement and later use of the room as an office. The result was nothing short of transformational - more carpet restoration than cleaning, and we are so grateful. The alternative would have been a new carpet. He also cleaned our hall carpet and rug and with excellent results. We have just had our living room redecorated and Jamie is coming back to do that carpet, too.

Jamie was friendly and polite quickly getting into action with his big machine. The carpets were on the 3rd floor but he has the necessary equipment to leave the machine on the ground floor to do the work. I asked Jamie to do an extra entrance to a room my son had been sick on a few nights before. To my amazement Jamie did the whole room as well as my own room without extra cost. All the carpets have come up lovely and clean. The kids rooms on the 3rd floor have velux windows but they don't open the blinds very often. Since Jamie's been we've noticed the velux windows were cleaned by Jamie too! Thanks for a fantastic job Jamie keep up the good work!

Jamie arrived on time and within 15 minutes had set up his equipment. He cleaned dining and sitting room carpets, hall, stairs and landing. He worked efficiently and was very helpful and non-intrusive. The carpets dried surprisingly quickly. Jamie has a great sense of humour. A good job done at a reasonable price.

Jamie cleaned the passenger seat of my car about a year ago. I didn't rush to review the service as I wanted to be absolutely sure that all smells had gone. My cat had an accident in his pet carrier and basically it soaked from the carrier onto the front seat of my car. The smell of cat urine was awful even though I'd washed it myself thoroughly. I called Jamie to clean the seat but I wanted to wait and check the smell had genuinely been killed off and hadn't just been masked by chemicals. So I waited through the hot summer months and waited long enough for the cleaning solution smell to wear off. He did an amazing job and I can safely say the smell never came back.

We've used this business several times now for window cleaning, and Jamie always does an outstanding job. The property is five storeys high, with tall windows at the front and a patchwork of different-sized windows at the back - so it's not the easiest task. Jamie, however, works effortlessly, taking his time and paying great attention to detail. He’s thorough, professional, and genuinely personable. His wife and business partner, Dawn, handles the scheduling and is always a pleasure to speak with, making it easy to arrange a convenient time. We had paid for an end of tenancy company to do everything including the carpets but their equipment and expertise was very limited compared to INMCC. The service was professional, fast and friendly.

Having spilled a mug full of tea on my carpet at the weekend I thought it was about time I got a professional cleaner in. Jamie was great, really nice and very considerate about removing shoes, moving things around, etc. Best of all, the tea has come out and my lounge and stair carpets look fantastic, all fluffy and clean. Our property consists of three floors with a number of rooms. Jaime carries out a comprehensive clean on a yearly basis, which Includes: 1) all carpets, 2) upholstery, 3) curtains, 4) kitchen and bathroom floors, and 5) showers and oven. On each occasion, all these tasks are completed to an impressive level and the work takes place within the agreed timeframe and budget. He manages to make our home look brand new year after year! We have never thought of going anywhere else for carpet cleaning. Jamie takes great pride in his work and will often take time to wipe down the kitchen equipment or clean the taps (at no extra cots). He is reliable and very efficient. Additionally, I find Jamie hugely helpful as he has a quick response to household emergencies, such as stains, spillages, etc., providing advice and aftercare.

The response to my initial enquiry was quick, polite and helpful. It was easy to arrange a date and time for the work to be done. Jamie arrived promptly; he was polite and efficient. He wore overshoes in the house and protected the floor under the carpet cleaning machine from any possible water. He worked independently and thoughtfully all the time and cleaned two sizeable carpets in good time. He was keen to receive feedback when he'd finished. Afterwards, communication continued to be efficient and helpful. A great job all round!

I used this service following a trusted Traders Review. from start to finish the Service is excellent the response to the initial enquiry was swift with timely follow up by email and an efficient exchange of information. I was initially going for outsides only but on hearing that the service bring its own water I opted for both insides and out which I do not regret jamie was punctual. he did the outsides twice over because they had not been done for some time No messing abput got on with the job. I am well satisfied with the result jamie cleared up - no muddy shoe marks etc and plainly knows what he is doing professional I recommend this service

Jamie came to clean our windows in Glendower Place. They are French windows, quote old and delicate, and also quite difficult to clean. He did his job wonderfully, quickly and also he is a very kind human being.

Our windows were filthy after building work but are now impressively clean. Jamie is extremely enthusiastic, no window is out of reach, and did and extremely good job. I would highly recommend Jamie for any cleaning requirements you might have, we were very happy with his work.
