Our carpet cleaner, window cleaner has years of experience in this industry provide domestic & commercial services. What makes us different is that we pre spray the majority of the time, then agitates the carpets which scrubs the carpet, which allows for a better finish when doing the full carpet clean. I want to say 'thank you' to Jamie for cleaning '9 windows' (inside and out) at my block of flats and for travelling from South to East London to do so. He did exactly what he said he would and even cleaned the window sills. He was also fair as originally I only wanted the outside of my windows cleaned but, he said for the amount he charged that also included cleaning the inside windows too. Would definitely recommend his service again.

Jamie cleaned carpets for me recently. They were pretty dirty and ingrained including some really nasty stains. He arrived in good time, set up his impressive equipment with no fuss and got to work. He was thorough but quick in that he did not waste time. His demeanour was extremely pleasant and he came across as very honest (which I am sure he is). Very happy with his efforts

We wanted a new window cleaner after the retirement of a previous one who had cleaned our windows for 30 years. We found Jamie by consulting Which Trusted Traders. Getting stair carpets cleaned in the same morning was an added bonus. I can only endorse all the five-star ratings he has achieved. The work was done carefully and professionally. He even cleaned the mirrors! In a word excellent.

Dawn answered my initial enquiries and was very helpful. Jamie arrived when he said he would and set my expectations about how long the carpets would take to clean and drying times. He managed to get out various stains on the carpet and have left it looking like new. The price was as agreed plus congestion charge. He also phoned me on his way to his next job to double check that he had got rid of the waste water (he had - it was all left clean and tidy).

Nightmare scenario of fresh blood on a carpet. I needed an emergency clean, I spoke to Dawn and Jamie came out within 2 hours. He was polite, friendly and did a fantastic job cleaning the stains and then spent the time drying them to check the has been sufficiently treated. He was of great value too. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
