Riddex Gas Services fitted my new boiler today. Marc, Ian and Larry were amazing. Would highly recommend. Wanted to go with a family business and so glad I choose them. From start to finish the service I received was professional and friendly. Marc came to give me a quote and kept in touch while everything was getting organised. Great tradesmen and left no mess. Carpets were covered too. Thank you so much.

From start to finish, I received exemplary service from Marc Riddex. Initially, the job was surveyed and fully explained in a skilled and eloquent manner. I was quoted a very fair price and a date for installation was quickly arranged. On the day of of installation, Marc and his team arrived promptly at 8.30am, and every effort was made to ensure no mess or inconvenience was caused to me. The job itself was carried out efficiently and professionally, and on completion the system was fully explained in a clear and fluent manner. I could not be happier with the service I received and the work that was carried out. An outstanding business which I would thoroughly recommend.

Sent an online enquiry while waiting in all day for my usual company to send an engineer and had a lovely phone call from Marc within half an hour and an appointment first thing next morning. Quote given and agreed on the spot and Marc and Larry arrived a few days later on time, excellent preparation and very tidy work. Couldn’t have asked for better service and job completed before quote from my usual company arrived. Even better, Marc’s quote was actually lower for the same deal. Much prefer the WhatsApp and real people to the AI now used by big companies. Thanks also to Ian for his help and the chat.

I was recommended Ian and Marc Riddex company by a friend and from the first contact felt positive. The guys from the outset were terrific, displaying experience and knowledge. The job was a new boiler installation They appeared promptly at the time allocated. The job took a day with minimum disruption. The guys kept me up to date each step of the way. They made you feel relaxed throughout the installation and I will recommend them to friends and relations.

From the first contact I had with Ian, Marc and Larry I knew that I could trust them to do a good job. Indeed, from the time the survey was carried out to the completion of the work, I could not fault them. They were installing a combi boiler, renewing a radiator and fixing a leak in the pipework and I was most impressed with their professionalism, their knowledge, their friendliness and their excellent communication skills. They took the time to explain to me all that was involved and they answered all the questions that were put to them throughout the process. All three worked extremely hard, were very tidy and made sure that they caused minimum disruption in the house. This was a first class job carried out to a very high standard. I cannot praise them highly enough- they were tradesmen who I was happy to have in my home. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. I’ll definitely use them again.

Unfortunately we had to get every radiator in our hour changed as we had an issue with the ones we had rusting from the inside out (the joy of new builds) Marc came out to quote and was lovely from start to finish - showed up on time, well presented, polite and took the time to listen to what we needed and give advice. Communications over whatsapp were so professional - they weren't the cheapest company to quote us but they were by far and away the most professional and the fact that they would source the radiators for us sealed the deal. They had spaces much sooner than we have thought the would so we got all booked in and in no time it was install day. Larry arrived on time to reviewed what needed done and worked so neatly and courteously through the day (I was working from home so Larry checked before coming into the room that it was a good time for me) When the work was done they gave us a chance to check that everything was as we wanted it. By the end of the day we had a house of lovely new radiators and no other indication that they had been as they were so tidy. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in future.

Excellent service from Marc and team. Our boiler was losing pressure and our service contract with Scottish Gas was up for renewal. A new boiler from Riddex and a yearly service worked out cheaper than renewing with Scottish Gas for next 10 years. Marc gave great advice on the right boiler, Worcester Bosch 8000 with 12 years warranty. Price was very competitive and Installation was first class. Everything done in 1 day and no mess. Would highly recommended Riddex to anyone looking for boiler supply or services.
