I've had three visits from Brad now relating to a Daikin air conditioning system (mini-split heat pump). First to install the system, then some regular maintenance and most recently adding an additional internal wall mounted cassette. Brad and his team are great to work with in the run up to work, and on the day in terms of sorting out the details. The quality of the work is really high.

Brad from Ideal Climate recently installed a new air conditioning system in my home, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The original quotation process was great. We were able to work through various alternatives before agreeing on the final specification and price. The agreed installation comprised a separate unit to control the lounge plus a ducted system to provide AC in all four bedrooms. From the moment Ideal Climate arrived on site, Brad struck the perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism. Brad and team attended site on the days agreed and they carried out the installation efficiently and kept the rooms as clean as possible while drilling through the walls and mounting the AC units. At all times they were courteous and made themselves available to answer any questions and to discuss any questions that we had.

We were so pleased with the previous installation that we contacted Ideal Climate for another unit in another building. From the original survey to the day of installation we were kept informed of next steps. The work was carried out to a high standard and disruption was kept to a minimal.
