Ideal Climate supplied and installed an air-conditioning unit in our bedroom. Throughout the process, communication with the company was first-class, and Brad and his team did a clean and efficient job with the installation, with minimal disturbance.

We were very impressed by the work of everyone at Ideal Climate. They worked very long hours to get the job done as quickly as possible, they were polite, clean and tidy. The equipment was delivered and installed a month earlier than we had been expecting and it works wonderfully. When they were finished they tidied up and put all of the rubbish in the correct bins for us neatly. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We had air conditioning installed recently by Ideal Climate and the whole experience was absolutely excellent from start to finish. We had two units installed, and Brad arranged for three engineers to attend so the job could be completed in a single day, which we really appreciated as it kept disruption to a minimum. Brad and his colleagues George and Herman were friendly, professional and extremely efficient throughout, and everything was done in a very tidy and well-organised way. They explained everything clearly at each stage so we always knew what was happening, which made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. The standard of workmanship and customer service was genuinely outstanding, and we’re really pleased with the result. A smooth, well-managed installation that we would happily recommend.

Brad and the team were fast, efficient and considerate throughout the process of installing our 4 mini split Daikin system. We have just had a Daikin single split unit AC installed by Brad and his team. We found them to be very professional throughout the process, from initial site visit to installation. The install was neat and completed to a high standard and in the time estimated. Very happy overall with the experience.

I've had three visits from Brad now relating to a Daikin air conditioning system (mini-split heat pump). First to install the system, then some regular maintenance and most recently adding an additional internal wall mounted cassette. Brad and his team are great to work with in the run up to work, and on the day in terms of sorting out the details. The quality of the work is really high.

Brad from Ideal Climate recently installed a new air conditioning system in my home, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The original quotation process was great. We were able to work through various alternatives before agreeing on the final specification and price. The agreed installation comprised a separate unit to control the lounge plus a ducted system to provide AC in all four bedrooms. From the moment Ideal Climate arrived on site, Brad struck the perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism. He took the time to explain each step of the installation process in clear, simple terms. Throughout the job, Brad worked efficiently and with obvious expertise. He and his team treated my home with respect, kept everything tidy, and made sure everything was installed to the highest standard. Brad and team attended site on the days agreed and they carried out the installation efficiently and kept the rooms as clean as possible while drilling through the walls and mounting the AC units. At all times they were courteous and made themselves available to answer any questions and to discuss any questions that we had.
