Adi and his team did an excellent job on doing the repairs necessary to get my extension back to its original condition after suffering from water ingress due to storm damage. This included replacing coving and ceilings, re-plastering, artexing and refitting of the downstairs cloakroom. The men started on the date and time agreed and worked well each day until finished. The plumbing and decorating was all completed satisfactorily and would have been finished sooner if Easter hadn't intervened. The guys all cleaned up after themselves and I found Adi very helpful and easy to contact when I had any questions. I would definitely recommend this company.

We used I-fit earlier this month for three smallish jobs - replacing blown bricks on chimney stacks, inserting air bricks into one wall, and replacing some fence panels. We had used this firm previously for a major renovation of the same house, in 2022, so we are repeat customers. Adi, who runs this business is always a pleasure to deal with. He does what he says he will, at or below prices estimated, and finishes the work on time (on this occasion fitting in with an extremely tight timeframe we gave him). The people he used to do this work were consistently pleasant, polite, helpful and tidy. When it was necessary to chase scaffolding contractors to get their work done to allow completion on time, Adi was onto it. We would certainly be happy to use Adi's firm again, and are happy to recommend.

IFit Homes were given three jobs, the first one being the complete re-tiling of our house, the second job was to replace the guttering and repaint/repair soffits and fascias, and the third job was to repair the flat roof of our garage. I am very unhappy about the re-tiling and the gutter works and the garage works were also done very differently from the original scope. Regarding the retiling of the roof, the first problem was that the estimate of the tiles required was 20% too low and the excuses given for that error beggared belief - apparently our original ridge tiles were longer than the new ones, and our old roof tiles had a shorter overhang which was completely untrue. The second problem was the low standard of workmanship which resulted in the flooding of our kitchen. This was because the flashing on the little kitchen roof was not sealed properly and the roofers forgot to reconnect the downpipe. We had some heavy rainfall and the rainwater from the disconnected gutter was completely directed against the wall were the flashing had not been sealed. The third problem was that the roof works took considerably longer because the roofers rarely stayed on after 2pm. This delayed all the subsequent works, especially as we got into a rainy period that could have been avoided. The gutter work was also substandard. Most pipe connectors were installed the wrong way round and as a result leaked badly. On the garage they used different materials which also resulted in a leak.

My old house had to be extensively renovated. The kitchen was moved and a new bathroom was installed upstairs. All plumbing and electric wiring was renewed. Several walls were removed. The new staircase now curves down into the sitting room. There was no fixed time limit and the budget was changed as the work progressed. Adrian was at all times a pleasant and professional builder who managed the team of tradesmen very smoothly. Thank you, Adrian and the team, for making my house into a real home that I can love and enjoy!

Found Adrian on CheckaTrade and Which? Trusted Traders. Quick with a quote and great comms throughout. His team worked quickly and in good humour - nothing too much trouble. They removed a wall, moved and re-installed radiators, installed a steel beam, plastered and re-laid the flooring. all excellent work throughout. Would recommend and use again.

The ifit-Homes team decorated my hallway and cloakroom, the work was done professionally, promptly and under budget. The team were very friendly and left the house tidy when they finished every day, they were happy to make the small changes that I suggested and kept me informed of their progress. I had no problems in contacting them and received a prompt reply. This was the second job the team have done for me and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

We’d been thinking about a Garage conversion for many years, but were always nervous of it, having no experience of what would need to be done and having watched TV shows with building horror stories. Thankfully, Adi and his Ifit team were recommended to us and from start to finish they were excellent. He guided us through the process and what needed to be done. Adi and his team were incredibly considerate to our home, going above and beyond to try and minimise dust and mess. They were extremely flexible. What started as a garage conversion, turned into a complete renovation of downstairs, as having seen the excellent standard of their work, we wanted to do more. All of the team were genuinely nice people, so much so that we miss them not being around now the work is done. We are delighted with our new modernised home, thanks again Adi and the team.

Needed a builder so picked iFit. What a good choice it was. I wanted a new ceiling fitted in my lounge, walls skimmed and painted, feature wall papered, serving hatch blocked in and new lights fitted. I am very pleased with all the work Adrian and his team completed and I was impressed with Adrian and his work ethic because the work was of high standard but a reasonable price and he left everything clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend iFit to any one and I would happily use him again.

Had a large shower room transformed into a utility room & new hallway, boiler brought down from bedroom cupboard to utility room. New kitchen fitted with new tiling & laminate in kitchen, utility, bathroom & hallways, new front door moved from kitchen to hall. New loo & basin in bathroom plus all new tiling. All new interior doors fitted. Fireplace removed & chimney blocked & plastered. All electrics for new kitchen sockets & lighting throughout the house. Took a little longer than expected but Adrian checked everything was to my satisfaction & if not sorted it himself. Would recommend & will use again if needed.

The job was to undertake building and electrical work to prepare two bedrooms for the arrival new in-built bedroom furniture, iFit came to our rescue so that all was ready for the furniture. Adrian managed to get his team to fit in the time needed with plenty of time to spare. You will not find a more professional team, they are careful, tidy, polite and extremely conscientious about there work. They are simply the best.
