Well what can I say I was very pleased with the work I had done with Heat , The two gentlemen came in very friendly and polite explained everything they were going to do , layed sheets everywhere so no mess ,removed tanks from loft and old boiler and installed new combination boiler I also left my house for a few hours and left them there , and new my house was in safe hand So pleased with what they done they were very quick,would definitely recommend this firm , And the price was very reasonable đź‘Ť

Our boiler broke and we ordered with I-heat on the Monday and they delivered and fitted on Wednesday. Easy to book and order on the website, acknowledged by I-heat and engineer turned up on time and was friendly, efficient and explained everything to us. Fabulous follow up with i-heat registering the guarantee. Had seen the reviews in trust-pilot but was still a bit sceptical but seriously didn’t need to be .. fabulous service.

Our boiler failed on Saturday night, went online and found iHeat . We got an update instant quote and was able to book the installation for the Tuesday. The engineer turned up on Tuesday morning, removed our old boiler and installed the new one by 4pm. He took all of the rubbish and old boiler away and left our house clean and tidy. I honestly cannot fault the service from iHeat, I am as kept up to date with proceedings all the way and received a follow up call the day after to check everything went well. Thank you for a great service

I had iheat remove my old boiler and fit new one. I sent photos of old boiler system as requested iheat then emailed me a quote gave me a date. Iheat rang day before fitting with time engineer turn up on time. Gareth was very helpful on the fitment Was tidy had old system taken away he explained how to use the very good boiler. If any of my family needs a new boiler iheat will be first to phone. Many thanks to Gareth and iheat.

I had a new boiler fitted. It was fitted in a day and the engineer was absolutely brilliant.. He explained everything that he was doing at each stage. He cleared up every bit of mess that was made and showed me how to operate the controls. It was such an easy process from start to finish. iheat are on online Company....so u order your boiler on line from a wide choice of boilers and take and send photographs of your current boiler to the head office. U choose a date to suit when it is convenient to have the new boiler fitted. A member of the office staff gives you a call to advise whether the boiler you have chosen is suitable...I'm my case it was. Confirm tbe date and the finance available . Iheat register the new boiler and email you copies of the registration and the building regs completion certificate. All in all I was thrilled with how simple the procedure was. It was completely hassle free. I would thoroughly recommend iheat.
