I had iheat remove my old boiler and fit new one. I sent photos of old boiler system as requested iheat then emailed me a quote gave me a date. Iheat rang day before fitting with time engineer turn up on time. Gareth was very helpful on the fitment Was tidy had old system taken away he explained how to use the very good boiler. If any of my family needs a new boiler iheat will be first to phone. Many thanks to Gareth and iheat.

I had a new boiler fitted. It was fitted in a day and the engineer was absolutely brilliant.. He explained everything that he was doing at each stage. He cleared up every bit of mess that was made and showed me how to operate the controls. It was such an easy process from start to finish. iheat are on online Company....so u order your boiler on line from a wide choice of boilers and take and send photographs of your current boiler to the head office. U choose a date to suit when it is convenient to have the new boiler fitted. A member of the office staff gives you a call to advise whether the boiler you have chosen is suitable...I'm my case it was. Confirm tbe date and the finance available . Iheat register the new boiler and email you copies of the registration and the building regs completion certificate. All in all I was thrilled with how simple the procedure was. It was completely hassle free. I would thoroughly recommend iheat.

The boiler installation was completed in one day, this included removing the old boiler and fire and fitting a new wall mounted combi boiler. The work was of high standard (as a retired craftsman I can qualify that) and carried out with a minimum of disruption. The site was left clean and tidy and the installation is working well.

Extremely easy to choose a boiler with interest free payment options. Lots of options for installations dates, they were able to install it within 2 days. Clear instructions of how to take pre-installation photos, easy to upload and plenty of communication in the lead up to the install. Installation completed by very friendly and competent heating engineers, who arrived on time, were able to sort out a few difficulties which arose on the day, and tidied everything up afterwards. Super fast customer service, warranty set up and after care. Overall this company has been outstanding from the outset, efficient, friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend them and hope they will be able to service my boiler when it is due.

Our boiler broke down days before going on holiday for a fortnight. Worried about having to come home from holiday facing the prospect of dealing with replacing the boiler and the potential change in whether we looked online for a reputable company to deal with it before going on holiday. iHeat fitted the bill perfectly. Boiler Replacement Due to boiler failure decided to have new boiler resarched online and local suppliers. Iheat offered a great deal on a replacement boiler including a 10 year warranty. Web site very easy to fill out and select correct boiler required. Iheat called to double check all details and confirm. Engineer arrived the next day and carried out the installation. This was completed to a very high standard and everything was explained. A full review of how everything operated and all old appliance taken away. Iheat contacted us a few days later to confirm everything was to our satisfaction. Highly recommend Iheat.

Our old 15yr combi boiler was showing signs of wear and beginning to express some rumbling noises. Our son who'd used iHeat some two years ago recommended using them to undertake our replacement and we took his advice. We ordered on a Saturday and the install was arranged for midweek (Tue).The installer arrived on time, got on with it and was finished by around 3pm and took our old boiler and pipework away with him too. Fantastic clean and tidy workmanship. We are very happy
