Really sorry to hear this. We agreed yourself the customer was going to arrange the scaffold and the day before we were due to start we were informed the scaffold was not up so we had to delay the start date by 2 weeks as the scaffolders were unable to do this until the later date. This then fell into a holiday which was booked so there was further delay. When we did start the job on the newly agreed date the roof which the scaffold was on was not adequately protected to carry out the required work and I refused to do those parts until the scaffold was rectified as this was the scaffolders responsibility and they were asked to set the scaffold for Rendering. After clarifying the situation myself and my help assisted the scaffolding company to rectify the problem so there was no further delay in progress. With regard to the issue with the drains we ensured the entire job was clean and tidy and free from any rubbish when we had completed as standard I would have checked everything and the issue must not have been visible. We are fully insured and would not have hesitated to have come to a speedy resolve if I had known there was a problem, the first I've been aware of this is from the review which has appeared months after the job was complete. It was admittedly a challenging job as there was an exposed skylight on 1 part of the roof and a full glass sloped roof. Please accept my sincere apology for your inconvenience.
