We first hired Illustrious Interiors to redecorate our 4-bed mansion flat in Highgate several years ago. The quote was reasonable and the work could be done relatively quickly which we appreciated. We were very happy with the care taken by Illustrious Interiors and have engaged Jack and his team many times since while slowly remodelling our new home - an old house in north London. Illustrious Interiors have regularly helped with a variety of works including redecorating, installing new fences and antique doorways, and identifying and remedying places where damp was coming in. The process is always smooth and efficient and well-documented and the people employed are a pleasure to have working in the home. Quotes were comprehensive, reasonable and the works stayed within budget. Any issues which arose - as it expected with a property of this age - were always addressed comprehensively and timeously. We would recommend this company because they genuinely take pride in the quality of their work and are accommodating, trustworthy, professional, reliable and friendly. Jack has always a high level of oversight over all jobs undertaken by his which puts our minds at ease as we are inexperienced in owning an old property.

Having obtained two local tradesmen's names from Which, it was easy to choose between the two. In short, Illustrious wanted the work and gave a realistic estimate. The other quote was excessive Jack could start immediately after the upcoming W/E and was very professional from the beginning. After I explained the very high standard that I would require, he asked detailed questions so he could prepare a detailed quote. He obtained the paint that I wanted and all other materials were included in the price. No extras He told me when they expected to finish and he did I did make the right choice Everything was completed immaculately Comms were very good; Jack always answered his phone They had covered every inch of the wooden floors with protective sheeting All rubbish was removed from the site I have no hesitation in recommending Illustrious Interiors with an A+
