I have used Illustrious Plumbing several times and they always deliver. They turn up when stated and always do a great job. They keep you up to date with email reminders and updates if needed. Reasonably priced and a good quality of work. I would recommend.

High quality, well organised work
Carried out a full strip down service for a 16+ years old Worcester Bosch gas boiler. The boiler had an intermittent error code. Craig, the technician, diagnosed and resolved the problem quickly and correctly. The boiler is now operating much more smoothly and quietly. Visits were at the agreed times. Communications by phone, SMS and email were to a high standard.

Craig is a very pleasant person. He came within the hour to cap the offending pipe. Being a Saturday, the offending part was replaced later. He was very efficient, speedy, and competent. I would thoroughly recommend him and Illustrious Plumbing. Nothing was too much bother.

Craig was fantastic, very quickly responded and carried out an emergency repair the same day, returning to fix the problem within a couple of days once parts arrived. This is the second time I have used Craig and I've been extremely happy on both occasions.
