Illustrious plumbing & heating fitted my new boiler plus a radiator last year, and returned to service this year. It was all done efficiently, quickly and they cleaned up after themselves, like wise the service which was carried out in a polite and friendly manner. Craig sent a message a few days late to check everything thing was working properly. I would recommended this company.

Boiler replacement.
Craig looked at job two days after contact, quoted a price and installation time in two weeks. Arrived on time,put down covers over our carpet, and completed a very tidy installation on the day. Removed old boiler and materials. We felt the price for the job was very good. Contacted us the next day to check everything was running well. I would highly recommend Craig's company and would definitely use him again.

I was having problems with my boiler and little help from the manufacturer fixing things they had done under warranty. I rang Illustrious to help. After fitting a new pump something else went and they advised a new boiler. Fitted in a couple of days and now serviced by Illustrious I have had no trouble with heating at all and would recommend them for their courtesy and expertise.

Craig contacted me 12 months since his last visit to arrange and service my boiler. We agreed a time and he sent a text on the day to confirm his time of arrival. Craig got on with the job and gave me advice about other gas appliances that I've got and suggested I contact him with any problems. He has replaced radiators in the past and the work has been of a high quality.

Very easy to contact and call out for the job. Professional and courteous, despite it being a relatively simple job. I thought the call out fee (for an emergency plumbing job) was clear and fair. The plumber was courteous with my tenant; respected the property, and fixed the problem (a leaking boiler) with minimal fuss. Will use Illustrious in future, most definitely.

Arrived at 8am work completed by 4pm engineer very polite and did a grand job, all rubbish taken away and old boiler so no mess even hovered up afterwards and I can honestly say I am well pleased with the work that was done.

Craig sent a reminder for first annual service and arrived on time as promised, no problem with the boiler all the year after installation and reassurance that he is there if needed in emergency. Has a painless monthly DD which covers the service cost, which very rare and very sensible. What more could you want ?

Craig fitted the boiler a year ago and we got a reminder that a service was due. After booking it, communication excellent including reminders of the forthcoming appointment and afterwards, if everything was satisfactory and we had been happy with the service. No problems at all with the service , will certainly continue using the company as everything straight forward. Craig was very helpful.
