Craig installed my boiler in March 2019 and has serviced it every year since .There have been 2 occasions when it needed attention and each time Craig was very quick to respond. The latest was when the thermostat broke 2 days before I went on holiday and Craig sourced and installed a new one the next day. He is always reliable and efficient and sends plenty of information about the timing of his visits etc.

Craig/Illustrious initially fixed our boiler a few years ago when it stopped working after another plumber from another company moved the boiler due to a kitchen refit. Craig is on it and knows his stuff. We book Craig in for a yearly service and he is very reliable.

Craig & his team originally installed my boiler. They are very professional and helpful, so was very happy to ask them back to service the boiler. Craig is also repairing a stand-alone bath tap for me, having advised that this is far less expensive than simply replacing it. Great service and excellent work. Highly recommend.

Chose this trader as it was a local firm. Found my contact (Craig) friendly and easy to work with for setting a day and time for the service. This was then confirmed in advance by email. I was also given a reminder on the day by text confirming the arrival time. Service work was carried out efficiently and tidily. High quality, well organised work
Carried out a full strip down service for a 16+ years old Worcester Bosch gas boiler. The boiler had an intermittent error code. Craig, the technician, diagnosed and resolved the problem quickly and correctly. The boiler is now operating much more smoothly and quietly. Visits were at the agreed times. Communications by phone, SMS and email were to a high standard.

Craig is a very pleasant person. He came within the hour to cap the offending pipe. Being a Saturday, the offending part was replaced later. He was very efficient, speedy, and competent. I would thoroughly recommend him and Illustrious Plumbing. Nothing was too much bother.

Illustrious plumbing & heating fitted my new boiler plus a radiator last year, and returned to service this year. It was all done efficiently, quickly and they cleaned up after themselves, like wise the service which was carried out in a polite and friendly manner.
