Here’s the review with the added paragraph: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve had such a fantastic experience with Imagine Home Improvements, run by Brad and Jay. The first job they did for us was installing brand-new windows and doors, and the work was absolutely impeccable. They left the house cleaner than when they started, and their attention to detail is genuinely unbeatable. Their communication has always been brilliant, which makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. On top of their workmanship, both Brad and Jay are incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. They always take the time to answer any questions we have—never making us feel like anything is too small or too silly to ask. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and want everything to be just right. Since that first job, we’ve had many more projects completed by them, and every single one has been finished to an excellent standard. No job is too much trouble for them. We’ll be continuing to use their services in the New Year, especially with their impressive skills in both joinery and carpentry. Truly a five-star team. We’ve been so impressed with Brad and Jay’s work that we’ve recommended them to friends and family—one of whom has used them multiple times and been as delighted as we have. If anyone in the Southampton area is looking to have any building work done at all, we always say to contact Imagine Home Improvements first. You honestly won’t find a friendlier, more reliable, or more skilled team.

We were very pleased and happy with the quality of Brad and Jay’s work. They were extremely reliable, punctual, and their attention to detail was second to none. They protected our carpets beforehand, cleaned up our house and garden on completion, and were easy to communicate with. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding. We wouldn’t hesitate to use their services in the future. Top job.

My new windows were put in on the agreed date. Brad turned up on time. Polite. Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. While he was at my house, I asked a few questions about my front door and French windows. My windows were difficult to put in, but they were very good took their time and fitted them perfectly. They were very tidy, hoovered all the room they had worked in and even put up the blinds we had taken down. I would highly recommend this company. The work was all completed within budget. Amazing company. Brad even sorted out the problems on my doors. Thank you for an excellent job.

Last year 2024, Brad and Jay built us an amazing conservatory, which we love. Their workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. They always come up with good ideas when ours are lacking. We have now had them back to install a new pvc side gate, hall flooring and a new downstairs toilet refit. They are also about to start a new patio and garden path and fencing. They have transformed our home. We cant recommend them enough, they are an excellent team.
