Relatively smaller job but really excellent and let me tell you, my husband has extremely high standards indeed. He was very pleased indeed with Marc’s very high standard of workmanship and Sam’s plastering was perfect too. They were prompt, reliable, courteous, friendly, tidied up every day, and we’ve not been disappointed one bit. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. James and Louise were very helpful and responsive too. The windows look fab! Many thanks all.

The original quotation was fair and nothing seemed too much trouble. The survey and fitting were carried out to a high standard and the fitters were punctual, polite and carried out the work efficiently and with a high attention to detail and enthusiasm. I was particularly impressed with the daily hoovering of flat, landing, lift, lobby and car park to the van. Brilliant! Delighted with the finished product and the windows and doors look great. I would certainly recommend the windows, doors and installation team.

We had a balcony and walkway reinstated with insulation and top seal finish we also had cladding done to the balcony we were very happy so we have had more cladding done since to the side wall, garage and extension … the finishing was amazing we have been very happy with it .. all the team are polite friendly and we have had an excellent job .. they communicate with the client very quickly and we definitely will have them back for more work .

We have just replaced an old fence with a Cedar fence. The workmanship was excellent, both Greg and Dom were very professional, helpful and did a fantastic job. The whole area is now transformed. I would thoroughly recommend Immaculate Home Improvements and we will be using them again.

Having been let down by other companies, it was a breath of fresh air to work with the guys at Immaculate. They listened to the spec I gave them, and they delivered exactly what I specified. After 2 cowboy builders in our home, through CAB and Which? we were recommended Immaculate. They have put my faith back in tradesmen and made us like our home again after two bad jobs. They were prompt efficient hard workers. Nothing was too much trouble. All work painting, tiling, floor laying and carpentry is done to a high standard. Would have no hesitation recommending them at all.

The job was to refurbish our living room. From the moment they turned up to when they left we could not fault their time-keeping and workmanship. The room and house was tidied and cleaned every night. Even the garden was left immaculate. All the staff were polite and very good considering social distancing had to be in place. Would not hesitate to recommend Immaculate Construction.

They arrived on time and where very considerate and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they where very professional and got on with the project. I believe in giving any work to a local trader, in case there may be any future problems that may be need attending, but none so far. Left the site clean and tidy.

Balcony and flat roof renovation.

Immaculate recently renovated our balcony and utility room flat roof. The balcony was leaking and in a very poor state of repair, there was moss growing in between the floor tiles and all the facia boards had rotted through. Immaculate striped both the balcony and roof and laid a new fibreglass floor with new facials and guttering. They even saved our railings but using a lift system which was genius. At all stages of the job they cleaned up after themselves and each evening made sure everything was clean and tidy. They worked with polite efficiency and were a pleasure to have working here. I would thoroughly recommend Immaculate and they will be my first point of call for future projects.

We needed some improvements to our kitchen, it was not a large job, but did require 4 different trades to be involved. James and his electrician came and decided on the best way to do the work. The estimate and time scale were fine so the work was started. The work was completed to a very high standard in 2 days (as promised). The trades all worked well together and left everything clean and tidy, when the work was finished. We did have a minor issue with the sink but a call to James soon had that sorted. Everyone was friendly, courteous and very professional and I have every confidence in recommending them to friends and family.

Immaculate undertook a substantial project to virtually double the size of our property. The project included a large 2-story extension. In addition, the original 1939 house was completely renovated/re-modeled. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail is excellent. James Scott has an excellent team of sub-contractors who were extremely helpful and professional throughout the 9 month project. They offered the benefit of their experience when required and accommodated our changes without complaint. We are delighted with the outcome and thank James and his team for all their hard work.

Immaculate were the main contractor for a total interior and exterior renovation of my house costing around £60,000. All of the work was carried out to a very high standard. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They allowed many changes to the agreed plan and never had any issues this. The work did take a little longer than agreed but this was because quality always seemed to be paramount for all work, whether it was painting, plumbing, electrical, tiling or building. The attention to detail was incredible. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
