I used Shary after my original builder left the job halfway, and I’m so glad I did. He fitted my Wren kitchen along with all the appliances, handled all the plumbing and necessary wiring, built wardrobes in three bedrooms, installed skirting boards, tiled the porch, fitted lights, and decorated the staircase and entrance door. Everything was completed to a high standard—very tidy, precise, and professional. He even got me trade discounts on materials! I was so impressed, I called him back for more work. This time, he installed a new kitchen socket, prepped and painted the wall, fitted my Ring security system, installed two outdoor cameras, filled gaps around doors and windows, and built a beautiful new garden gate with panel. Shary is reliable and hardworking, and his attention to detail is exceptional. I highly recommend him; his work is of excellent quality and great value for money.

Shary helped me so much when my kitchen was in a terrible state. He replaced my kitchen sink unit and replaced the element on my water heater, and he did an excellent job. He was motivated to help me and get the jobs done properly, even though there were difficulties with both of them. There were tricky situations with both jobs but Shary came up with solutions and implemented them without any delay. What stood out was his simple professionalism which is increasingly rare these days. He turned up when he promised, or texted if he was running late. And once we'd agreed a price for the work he spent a lot of cash on materials before I'd paid a penny. I'd thoroughly recommend Shary to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Our window replacement stalled when rotten timber was exposed. Shary has done work here before so I called him for advice. He visited later that (Friday) afternoon and returned the following Tuesday to do the work as agreed. Shary's speed of response and reliability saved our project schedule. No issue that ours was a small job for him. Shary has the experience and skills to solve our problem. He liaised with our window installer, so everyone was happy. He removed all the rotten timber, replaced the structural part with treated timber making it good and strong. He replaced internal timber of the frame and matched the moulding sensitively. All this was done with the challenge of working at height on a stairway and the window frame partly blocked by stairs to the next floor. Shary didn't waste a minute. He did a thorough and professional job with a good quality finish and very good value. We will call Shary when we have building work in the future.

This is the first time I’ve used Imperial Building Services and would not hesitate to use them again. The work done on renovating my two bathrooms and a cloakroom was carried out professionally and skilfully. It involved completely refitting and retiling an ensuite and cloakroom. It also involved converting a family bathroom into a shower room which required quite a lot of replumbing to accommodate the new layout. Shary visited prior to starting the work to discuss what I wanted and also to offer his recommendations on what was possible which was much appreciated. The team were very punctual and worked efficiently throughout the day. They were extremely polite and respectful of my property and took the utmost care of my belongings whilst they worked. Shary was very friendly and easy to talk to. He made time to explain, advise, and consult me at every step to ensure that I was happy with the outcome. He overcame any problems with quick solutions which gave me a sense of reassurance and trust in his judgement. I am very happy with the end result and would highly recommend Imperial Building Services to anyone.

The floor was also made good as it had suffered from damp. I've just had Shary refurbish my kitchen, which involved stripping out the old units, fitting a set of Wren kitchen units and worktops along with electrical work, plumbing, wall repair, tiling, painting and laying flooring. Shary visited a few days after initial contact and we went through was needed and he made suggestions where I wasn't sure. This was completed on time in 10 days. The team were on time, kept things very tidy (especially considering the small amount of spare room in my flat) and dealt with any issues that came up without extra charges. Any specific extra work that was outside of the initial remit I was told in advance what the charge would be. Shary always consulted me about my preferences and kept me in the loop as to what he was doing and why. Finish is immaculate, very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommended and would use again.

Having read the favorable reviews, we employed Imperial Building Services Ltd to fully tile our downstairs cloakroom. Would never use again. Floor tiling out of alignment with wall tiling, when asked to correct it, Imperial Building Services Ltd wanted to charge extra for their mistake! Further, the wall mounted w.c. cannot be installed as the tiling is not square to the wall. What should have been a pleasant job, has had a hugely disappointing outcome.

Shray and his team have just completed two bathrooms and a cloakroom toilet for us. Always on time and very reliable, always tidied the workspace before leaving as well, very clean. Great communication skills and always kept us in the loop of what was happening at all stages of the work. Always happy to give his time and advice on any issues even helping us with water pressure and putting in a mega flow system. Installation was on time and of a very high standard and to the agreed budget. The final product is amazing and we are very pleased with our new bathrooms. Shary and his colleague did some work on my kitchen. They removed some old kitchen units and tiles, replaced a couple of doors, fixed the walls and ceiling, repainted them and replaced the flooring. Shary also encountered an unexpected water leak inside the ceiling, under the bathtub, which he fixed with no problem. He also offered some valuable advice about what type of flooring I should install and why. Always punctual, good at comunicating and keeping the mess to minimum. Overall, I am very happy with the service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We commissioned Imperial Building Services Ltd to refurbish a bathroom, install a shower, plaster walls, paint and decorate and fit solid flooring in the sitting room. Our previous builder had failed to begin work as planned and so we were somewhat apprehensive. We needn’t have been. We are delighted with the outcome and are particularly impressed with Shary and his team’s attitude, arriving for an 8:30 am start each day, on budget and on time. We only have one regret.
