Shary helped me so much when my kitchen was in a terrible state. He replaced my kitchen sink unit and replaced the element on my water heater, and he did an excellent job. He was motivated to help me and get the jobs done properly, even though there were difficulties with both of them. There were tricky situations with both jobs but Shary came up with solutions and implemented them without any delay. What stood out was his simple professionalism which is increasingly rare these days. He turned up when he promised, or texted if he was running late. And once we'd agreed a price for the work he spent a lot of cash on materials before I'd paid a penny. I'd thoroughly recommend Shary to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Our window replacement stalled when rotten timber was exposed. Shary has done work here before so I called him for advice. He visited later that (Friday) afternoon and returned the following Tuesday to do the work as agreed. Shary's speed of response and reliability saved our project schedule. No issue that ours was a small job for him. Shary has the experience and skills to solve our problem. He liaised with our window installer, so everyone was happy. He removed all the rotten timber, replaced the structural part with treated timber making it good and strong. He replaced internal timber of the frame and matched the moulding sensitively. All this was done with the challenge of working at height on a stairway and the window frame partly blocked by stairs to the next floor. Shary didn't waste a minute. He did a thorough and professional job with a good quality finish and very good value. We will call Shary when we have building work in the future.

Shary has completed a variety of jobs for us over the years ranging from tiling the kitchen, various leak repairs, a new shower fitting as well as painting and decorating . He always does a great job, to budget and on time and I would highly recommend him.

This is the first time I’ve used Imperial Building Services and would not hesitate to use them again. The work done on renovating my two bathrooms and a cloakroom was carried out professionally and skilfully. It involved completely refitting and retiling an ensuite and cloakroom. Shary was very friendly and easy to talk to. He made time to explain, advise, and consult me at every step to ensure that I was happy with the outcome. He overcame any problems with quick solutions which gave me a sense of reassurance and trust in his judgement. Imperial Building always go above and beyond, their latest job, replacing a shower tray and screen was done quickly and efficiently before new tenants were moving in. The floor was also made good as it had suffered from damp.
